Solent University

The lecturers at Southampton Solent university are some of the most interesting people I’ve met and are so interested in helping us with our work! The facilities are state of the art and the system they have in place is flawless

Worst course at the worst uni. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. DO NOT DO FOOTBALL STUDIES ??????? Student union is nonexistent now. There is no careers advise. Lecturers are sexist pigs who single out girls doing sports courses

The uni is fantastic! Doesn’t do it justice being so lowly ranked, if you’re a creative student it’s the one for you, I study music prod and the facilities are second to none. Best university for creative degrees and minds.

The university is completely great, the city is amazing, with great shopping centres and brilliant night life. Not only that but the university timetable is smashing! Everyone at the uni is so helpful and will be more than willing to help you

Good uni, good range of courses and very good facilities and funding going into improving those facilities. Could improve some of the tutors, especially the old, racist, masoganistic ones.

The university has excellent access to work experience and activities but sometimes struggles with keeping its timetables efficient and delivering on academic value for money.

The campus is real nice. A clean and friendly environment with lots of facilities which are very helpful to aid the course

The new building (the spark) which is provided for students is really brilliant. It makes me feel at home when I’m learning there. All of the buildings are close together within the campus and the facilities are really easy to access. Also, the library has brilliant facilities and can also be accessed online in order to find other resources (journals etc).

The campus is good and parts of it are modern. I enjoy my course, the media department is very extensive and up to date with technology.

Our uni has great facilities and is in a good location. The spark building is beautiful and well designed.

I love my university because it teaches me all sorts of amazing stuff about my degree and all it's facilities and equipmen is totally good. They teach us like we're working professionally and the cafes are a good a social space as any. The library is teaming with resources and the people are friendly

The student union doesn't have a bar, my course is good and the university has a lot of new resources. New computers and more work is being done to the university. A new sorts gal is being built. My student halls is a bit of a prison and lacks some facilities.

Like that there are different campuses around southampton, my course is great at times but sometimes last minute changes can effect those of us who work

Really good course with brilliant equipment and facilities. Lecturers are funny and engaging and the uni is an overall fun place to be. A really good library too! ??

In geral the University is good, the facilities are clean and organized and most of the rooms and services are easy to find but I think that the University should support more the students in term of our projects.

Amazing, facilities, great people, lovely teachers, great variety of societies, but bad with schedules and timetables and is expensive for added extra for your course

I study photography, the facilities are amazing and the tutors are very helpful and friendly. The careers services are good lots of graduate job workshops for CV and helping us get a job after university.

Building new facilities so it is improving. Course is decent and then lecturers have relevant experience in the field. Attendance tracking is somewhat good to see as they care about their students.
