The University of Warwick

The campus is really friendly and almost it’s own world away from everything else. Having a campus that isn’t in a town is actually really cool. Everything that you need is within 15 minute walk. Student union is pretty good, although most nights out are in leamington spa. The best bit about Warwick compared to other unis is without a doubt circle. Circle is something sports teams and societies do every Wednesday night - it’s basically the best pre drinks ever, but every week. It’s organised drinking games from 7 through till 10, and you drink a tonne.

My course has been very helpful in encouraging me to develop my personal skills as well as my professional skills in the workplace.

great to live on campus but can be isolating. Living out is crap in coventry as its a depressing town but slowly getting there. wouldnt say theres much support in terms of my course. Studying a lot of the time and high expectations leave students feeling stressed. no history to it but also needs a good refurb, especially the library.

Not enough space for revision and independent work but supportive when it comes to careers with available advice and many career fairs

It is a quiet and very green place, full of lakes and places to rest. On the other hand, we have a lot of cafes and bars where people can gather and socialize. Warwick is located perfectly and developed reasonably. Also, it is famous for strong research system and for me, as a Psychology student, it is very helpful.

Doing mathematics and Statistics at Warwick has great facilities with its department being at the heart of the campus. The department is easy to access.

Very welcoming and beautiful campuses. The on campus accommodations are homey and decent. Unfortunately there was not much orientation for students entering in Term 2 but i heard Term 1 orientations was fantastic.

Very good uni academically and socially. There’s lots of support for students in their departments and support from the students union for all sorts of reasons. There’s are hundreds of sports and social societies for everyone to be apart of which offer weekly social events

Lovely social life. Freshers week was an absolutely great time even though we don’t have an official freshers week like other unis do. People are extremely friendly and the club on campus is perfect for freshers events. Great sports facilities with a large gym, swimming pool, climbing wall and indoor halls. The student union is very helpful and good at fixing any problems with tickets or work etc. definitely a good time.

Great university. A really nice campus, good nightlife (pop is unique to warwick), good teaching support. Loads of sports and societies so not difficult to make friends. Love it here

I love warwick. Its really a place for intelectual stimulation and I’m very satisfied with the social aspect of the university. Hopefully they can improve the sport facilities as they were quite underwhelming, especially the swimming pool.

Warwick goes above and beyond in every possible aspect. All their outreach programmes such as the summer school and a level revision boot camp increased my confidence in general and even applying to such a prestigious university as it is. Now that I’m here, that still hasn’t stopped. Their mental health services are honestly great. The well-being centre allows me to see a mental health coordinator once a month just for a chat and it really does help. There’s also a counselling service too, I’ve only used it once but it was a really good experience too. The lecturers are amazing and if you have any questions they normally respond pretty quickly. There’s so many great societies that are so inclusive . There’s also a cheese and chocolate society which is pretty damn amazing Genuinely so happy to be at Warwick!

Everything needed is within walking distance on campus. Careers services are very helpful with a lot of opportunities to chat and get advice. Overall a great experience, but living on campus can sometimes feel like you’re in a university bubble.

Accounting and Finance is one of the most popular courses offered by WBS and has constantly stayed top of UK university league tables. One thing I love about the course and the school is the tremendous support given, be it in academics or careers. Many lecturers and tutors are happy to answer your questions in emails or in person during their office hours. You could also post questions online in the forum and they will try their very best to solve your queries in due course. The Careers Team runs CV, interview and assessment workshops from time to time to help students through each and every step of their applications for different top-notch firms in the industry. The staff are always there for you whenever you need them!

Very campus based university, unlike city universities (eg university of Birmingham). Very lively atmosphere in the student bar and around other places, including the Grid and Library. Nightlife is easily accessible too.

Campus is like a little perfect bubble in a terrible city (Coventry). Everything you might ever need is just around. Can make you insane after a while but what's positive is the fact that Birmingham airport is minutes away with the train so you can escape the bubble by flying to Ibiza for a weekend. Or going to London, which isn't too far either.

Good place good teaching but just not got the full uni vibe, I’ve been studying animal acid and itsgod but the facility’s don’t seem to be fully up to spec and sadly that lets it down. I e made some good friends and some really close friends. Including the lectures they have been helpful and they just want you to learn and lear it right.

Warwick has an excellent campus, boasting top notch facilities featuring state of the art equipment. The professors are on average incredible, some of the best in their field. As far as social life goes there's almost too much, with the best and most diverse societies offered by UK universities, there's something going on every night for every type of person, from stay at home gamer to party animal.

Legendary uni, party library, lovely people, great students amazing times, generally chill vibes. There's so much to do in societies and sports clubs, great way of meeting people

Very well maintained campus, very tidy and welcoming. SU is average but local nightlife makes up for it.

Overall not a bad uni. I’m on my second degree now at Warwick and so I compare everything to my previous degree at Manchester. I think Manchester pretty much beats Warwick in most categories mentioned above.

Warwick is a great academic uni, where sufficient resources and support is offered to all students to support them in their academic endeavours. But more importantly the rigby club is complete chat and they told me to GOI and so I’m writing this review for a free condom, I’d write it 20018 times if I could.

Warwick is a great academic uni, where sufficient resources and support is given to you to support learning. Increasingly the social clubs and sport clubs are amazing , Rugby circle is pure chat and the reason I’m writing this review to claim a free condom.
