As an international student I felt welcomed since my first week at uni. Socialising events helped to get used to the new environment and to make friends. I also really like my course and the flexibility it offers. I can study different subjects at a same level and therefore widen my horizon. Campus life is great and everyone is friendly and open-minded. The time at university flies by and it is really important to make the most out of it. So enjoy, take a breath and get involved in projects besides studying, as much as you can.

Great beers, cost a fair bit more than your standard lagers, IPAs etc. Great chilled atmosphere in the brew dog bars I've been. Really cool interior design in a brew dog bar.

Brew Dog is worth a visit for specialist lagers before getting completely drunk in the spoons next door will some great affordable food. The Wallace Monument is a great walk and the best way to see Stirling. It’s situated in the outskirts near the Bridge of Allen.

Great place to live and study!! The campus is beautiful and the people are cool and friendly. Only two nightclubs, which is a bummer but oh well!! Nightlife is not that bad though to be fair!!

Stirling Uni is a 5 minute bus journey to the town centre, connecting you to the train station for further journeys, or leading you into the Thistle centre for shopping. Fubar, Dusk, Katie’s Bar, Cape and several other nightclub/bar/pubs also reside here. Lots of places to eat with a variety of tastes, something to suit everyone. Lots of entertainment and lifestyle choice places to visit as well such as the bowling and the cinema, the Peak Gym, all within walking distance of the Uni’s town centre bus stop.
