The lectures and tutors are amazing and willing to help with anything. The business school is incredibly build with lots of light and the restaurant is delicious. Only downside is that there's not enough seating outside of lectures and seminars

Staff are lovely. I am on a social work course and the course itself is great and staff are mostly amazing. However sometimes can be slow at replying. Halls are varied across the uni but in most cases provide you with what you need. & maintenance will come and repair anything within a reasonable time period. I would recommend this uni to anyone. The people you meet, the experience you get and the skills you gain are undoubtedly incredible.

The campus is huge and is well laid out. The facilities are fantastic and I've never been unable to access equipment that I have needed. They are constantly updating and improving the facilities to ensure they are of the highest quality. The course is brilliant and the course leaders always ask for and immediately act on our feedback so that they can improve the course for us and for upcoming students. I really feel that our opinions are valued.

UWE is a very modern university with fantastic facilities on all of it's four campuses. The main library has three floors, recently refurbished, with one specifically designed for group work. There is a cheap bar on site and a selection of shops and cafes, as well as a gym.

Bristol is a great city, great people, great shops, great nightlife. The nightlife at the SU however is highly questionable and I personally wouldn’t waste my time in it. It’s clean, modern (brand new) and friendly but just lacks atmosphere and is tiny! The experience you have at UWE, much like any Uni will depend on what course you take but generally I feel the teaching is good and you have access to many facilities, especially since the new business and law building has been completed. Generally my course could have been run better but nothing to make me think it was the wrong choice going to UWE!

Great university with a beautiful campus. Big library and study facilities. Really brilliant staff. Helpful and inspiring. Lots of opportunities. The BPTC course is intense and time consuming. Requires a lot of hard work and determination. However too much work to cover in too little time so it is stressful. Students on the course this year have not been friendly but that may be different for next years cohort.

There was slot of support from lecturers. Lots of new areas to eat and work. Always computer space. Never had A problem parking. The careers service was aimed more at business than my course of psychology so it wasn’t that helpful. The SU was off campus with not many events that I know of. Freshers week was good when I did it but doesn’t seem to be promoted that much.

Studying architecture, the department needs to provide a student-friendly studio with seperated seats and working spaces.

The course is good and the facilities are available and accessible. The problem is the campus which hasn't got many nice spaces to make me want to spend more time at university.

The university has lots of facilities with lots of support in place of you need it emotionally and academically.

The facilities in the library are great since they were recently upgraded, as is the new business and law block. On the silent study level of the library there is all up to date technology, and even private booths, which makes studying a breeze. Most lectures are recorded but sometimes there are technical difficulties which means they fail and can be annoying. Overall the university is okay.

Started my course 3 months ago and couldn’t say bad word at the moment! The facilities are amazing, the teachers seems nice as well! The course is very organised. Not sure about the student union or careers services. However, apparently the uni has one of the best wellbeing services in uk!

Currently studying psychology, staff are great and informative. Easy to get in touch if you need extra support and the uni’s support services in general are awesome.

Glenside campus is a beautiful place to learn. I am currently in my second year of adult nursing and so far so good. The amount of support uwe has given me and my friends is second to none. The teaching is made fun and interesting and I feel confident with my progression in the course for when I become a qualified nurse.

A great campus university in North Bristol. Easy access to the whole city. But with bars and shops on campus. And a great students' union

I study Graphic Design at UWE in Bristol. I get to study in the Arnolfini, an art gallery beside the beautiful harbour. Bristol is an amazing city to study an arts degree in. There are loads of activities to get involved in to be a part of the community. And it can help with your course throughout the years.

The overall facilities are pretty decent, and with a new business block just opening the campus has modern lecture theatres. The campus is huge so no need to worry about lack of space. Student union is responsibly priced and also a decent size. Great support from the careers services and student support.

The university of the West of England has been a very good experience. The Frenchay campus has everything you need including a bar, shop, utilities and sports facilities. The uni halls are two mins away from lectures and work spaces so there is no rush to get up and easy to come back and eat without travel. Good transport links to Bristol City centre too including a direct bus, plus megabus services running from campus. The halls are a little expensive even though it's in Bristol I feel the choices are a bit too expensive especially for student accommodation. Even the cheapest university offered accommodation is highly expensive compared others in the region and the country. The teaching has been really good and hands on. Lecturers provide loads of materials and respond to help really quickly and effectively. The students Union could do a bit more offering more nights and activities bringing everyone together, I feel they are lacking one or two events mid week like other universities as the events they put on are pretty empty and can feel the students are pretty disconnected unless they know each other.

High quality teaching staff and great employability. Unorganised university timetable. Supportive wellbeing service. Rubbish SU.

The university has great facilities for my engineering course and is in a great area for engineering job prospects. The uni are very good at helping getting students placement work and the staff are amazing at making the course relevant to what is going on in the real world now to best ready it's students for work life after graduation. I have really enjoyed my time so far at the university and the projects we have completed have been closely linked to industry so I feel ready to go and work once I graduate.

This university is in a great location that has only a 30 min bus journey to the center. It also has 3 campus shops for essentials, many cafes, an SU with great nightlife and amazing support from lecturers.
