First, thetuniversity has ver good teachers. Not only they teach, but they are a available for you after classes to clarify your questions. Second, they have support for careers and help you prepare for all the hiring process which it's very important for me, since I am oon the last year. Lastly, they create very usefull events with real professionals for each course that make you gain more knowledge and prepare you for your professional path.

Portsmouth university is amazing. I study accounting and finance, I initially found the course quite challenging but ad I've progressed it's become easier. The quality of the teaching is easy to understand and is very helpful when it comes to external work and independent learning. The campus is very clearly laid out with buildings being easy to find and rooms easily to locate. The buildings themselves are either quite modern or historic looking, which creates a great aesthetic. Overall, the university is a great place to study and I love my course!

Portsmouth University has great facilities for interactive learning, sports & more. The uni also make an effort to offer healthy food in the various buildings and library. The staff on my course are all very passionate and engaging in lectures and seminars. The careers centre and all clearly experts in what they do as they helped me immensly with my cv which has secured me various insight days and interviews. They also offer extensive help on interview tests & phone call interviews & are always happy to help.

I love that it is a city university. Every building is not a far walk from each other. One of the best facilities the university has is that it has a free university bus! The student union is decent. Great place to chill and have socials. There is also a place to study upstairs which is preferred by several students as the library is busy. The university also work with a company called Printt which allows students to print free. This is especially good for readings. There is good career services set up which also includes a dedicated placement office in the Business school. My course is excellent. Feedback is taken and actually used to improve the course.

The university has been my home for almost 4 years. I picked the university because it has a great reputation for teaching, for being a great student community and because the activities offered allow you to work hard but also have fun making new friends. The university has so many great work spaces for students. Which means you can leave a lecture and only be 2 minutes from a computer room or a small walk from the library. The library at the university of Portsmouth is so helpful, they have thousands of books and research papers available to every student. They even have access to research papers so that you can download them and take them to your home. The moodle site used by the university is great as you can work from home or the university and have lecture recording available for you to listen to again for further understanding of the subject. The lecturers themselves have and still are so passionate about the subject they teach which really makes it exciting to learn about. They involve you in new research that is coming up in the university and if you want more experience they will offer as help they can. If you have any issues with the course or with the life, the lecturers and tutors are willing to talk to you to make things better and if they can't help with all your queries they will put you in contact with those who can.

I'm currently in my first year of study and already feel overwhelmingly supported and believe that my lecturers have every faith in us to do well throughout our time at Portsmouth. The uni buildings are easily accessible and within close distances of each other and the halls of residences. All in all I'm really enjoying my time so far at the uni.

I recently started studying Journalism at The School of Journalism in Manchester, a course run by Plymouth Marjon. Since starting the course in September I have been given such incredible opportunities to build up my journalism portfolio, such as, interviewing Jack Maynard, documenting the opening of a new restaurant in Manchester and most recently I have been asked to attend Hits Radio Live and write up a story and interview the acts. As well as the opportunities, the support from the staff is amazing. I know that whatever problem I have, minor or huge, they're there to help. A smaller institute has made my university experience so much more relaxed and enjoyable. I can't wait for what the future holds!

I am taking sociology with psych. The course is well put together and all members of staff that I have come across have been very friendly. Campus is always free and there is enough seatings outside and in.

The course is very broad, interesting and great fun. My lectures are very friendly and are relatively engaging. The halls I am staying in for my first year are sick but the fire alarms go off way to much. Fuck that noise. The societies are a great way to get completly trashed with a bunch of random sesh head uni students. Pre drinking is the key and snake bites are lit.
