The Creative and Cultural Industries Faculty is simply amazing. They do not just offer industry standard facilities, including a fully kitted out TV studio and motion capture rooms, they offer invaluable advice for your future career goals and help you secure heaps of work experience.

Most of the staff are great, though on the course staff don't seem to work together and things can get confusing. Building are always clean and welcoming.

The university it’s self has lots of space for independent study! I am a marketing student and there is lots of good software available and Mac books to maximise your creativity!

Great university with diversity throughout and kindness. The students look after each other and the university buildings. The union is quite poor, they stopped doing food and is no longer a cheap cheerful SU as they no longer do deals. The library is a great, however, the security around the library is poor and the university and city make no effort to stop it or reduce it. Overall a decent place to go uni as the town is lively and the pubs are the best!

Large course therefore large lectures, not a lot of individual treatment...ect Lecturers vary in quality, accents can be annoying

The university as a whole has many aspect to help you through difficult times such as a finance building and job finding assistance. The union is also well used for social events and the bar is generally very busy in the evenings. Most people on different courses have told me that it has been great and they have learnt a lot. Much like I have, however when it came to exams there were mistakes made which have hindered my performance this year.

Course has good content, lecturers for the most part are clear, consise and easily approachable. Support services are plentiful. Sports at the University are easy to become involved with. Although some of my exams were messed up by one of my lecturers.

The campus is very close together even though it’s a city campus which makes everything very convenient which I love. My course is great all the lecturers are all extremely helpful and make the experience 10 times better. There’s so much info on careers which is really helpful

Brilliant university, supportive staff who really care and listen when you're in doubt or having an issue, good facilities. Close to shops, nightlife and fun days out, a really good location with a wide range of students. An all round positive experience. Will never regret my choice to attend this university.

The campus was very old fashioned and very limited facilities. Course could of been conveyed better!

State of the art facilities and equipment with teaching methods that allow for both individual and group growth. A large amount of support is given especially to disabled students and in all this is a excellent university

A good university. Facilities are up to scratch along with the teaching however overall organisation and health & wellbeing could be improved.

A friendly and busy students union, modern facilities with new buildings and equipment being planned and added

Course was not consistent enough many tutors did not have the experience needed to teach the modules that they were doing. When I asked my tutor for more information she would single me out and tell me that I haven’t been conscious during class, I spent a lot of time learning the course.

I study photography at portsmouth uni, the facilities are very good, the equipment has very high standard. All students can loan and use expensive and high quality equipment. However we only get £10 print credit each year which is not enough for a creative subject, especially due to the £9,000 we pay a year. The library has very good facilities and is open 24 hours which is needed for students. However during the end of term the library is extremely busy, so maybe an extension is needed.

Great modern university, with top-notch facilities and good links with creative industries. The University of Portsmouth is very affordable overall, compared to the rest of the UK, and also very international. As an EU student, I felt that thwy helped me integrate and get the best of uni life. Not only did they help me find jobs in my industry and already build a CV while still in uni, but they also offered me opportunities to work for them at the same time. I don't think I could have completed my studies if not for their help.

Good uni, very spaced out but everyone is very friendly and I enjoy lectures. My course is early childhood studies which is very interesting and covers how children develop and their learning and also psychological side.

The university has lovely facilities in which all students have access to. The staff are very supportive especially the psychology department, where staff encourage success. The university is diverse and is a lovely environment to be in.

The university offers a wide range of courses and is culturally diverse. It’s staff are very supportive and the environment is lovely to be in. The psychology department in particular focuses on its students and their success and has the facilities to help in doing so.

Good teaching and good buildings, students are very nice as well and welcoming. The city as a whole isn’t busy but London is not too far away if you’re looking for a lively place

Decent uni, good facilities great social space. The lecturers know what they’re talking about and actually enjoy teaching. The best thing though, the student union. They put on great events and have a wellbeing and care for the students time whilst herex

Good careers help and preparation for employment. Psychology course very indiependant. Long lectures in course can lose concentration during these lectures
