The course I do at uni is industrial economics and the modules are really good because they are very business focused so I feel like it will actually get me ready for the real world. There is always someone to help as well and there are lots great facilities including 4 libraries and 2 gyms

The campus is lovely and there is lots of greenery! The use of the website moodle is very useful for reviewing lecture notes. The lecturers are helpful and respond quickly to emails. The newly built David Ross Sports Village is huge and has lots of facilities; the fitness suite has a wide range of machines. There are regular career fairs where students can learn about different employers.

The campus is just amazing. I really enjoy my course,as it has lots of different things to explore. Also there is a variety between lectures, workshops, practicals and tutorials that is really amazing as this give me the opportunity to deepen my knowledge. Furthermore, the freshers week was just amazing despite the fact that I was really nervous and stressed as I was in a new environment. There, I had the chance to meet lots of new friends, with the most of them we still together until now. It is really important to note that the staff and the academics of the university are really helpful,as everyone is here to help us.

The university firstly has a beautiful campus, very green with lots of state of the art buildings. My course is taught very well and the facilities are fantastic - libraries and study rooms are always available and well equipped for revising in. The careers services are really useful, I have made appointments to get CV help and found these really useful. A brilliant university with fantastic opportunities.

I'm a first year BA geography student and love the course so far. The modules are really interesting and you get a wide range of knowledge in your first year which helps work out what exactly you want to do later.

I found the University of Nottingham to be a welcoming place to live and study. The campus is beautiful and the teaching staff were engaging and interested in your development. University news was well communicated and the campus had good amenities.

Excellent university overall. Huge investment in sport recent years, bringing it up to top 3 for sport in the UK. The science departments are also some of the best, with a gold standard of teaching.

Beautiful campus which is always great to explore with opportunities to ride on the lake, play mini golf and many other opportunities. From a Maths degree prospective the building is brand new and there are many private study rooms with whiteboards to avoid distractions. Student Union is currently under construction but it does have many places to eat, but it does lack a nightclub. But places in town accommodate for this.

Careers service was not useful to me, was basically a man with a computer who googles the career you suggest you're interested in, something that you can obviously do yourself at home (and probably already have done to suggest a career in the first place) Amazing campus, SU was okay..never really came in use for me personally though. Course was also okay.. required more emphasis on plants as well as human/animal biology and possibly more applied modules.

I am a Master of Pharmacy student at the University of Nottingham. We have 3 campuses: University Park, Jubilee campus, and Sutton Bonnington campus. Our university provides childcare and disabled access, restaurants and cafeterias to computer facilities. We also have Lakeside Art Centre which plays a key role in Nottingham’s cultural life. One thing that I am sure to say is our university has the first-class facilities and fantastic opportunities for those who want to play sport at any level! Our library learning facilities are among the most technologically advanced in Europe (check this out: my favourite library is George Green Library!) Morever, our university health centre is also convenient to visit when you feel ill. I got UTI infection last year and the nurse prescriber gave me medication and advices after few minutes of waiting time. I chose University of Nottingham because its pharmacy course is ranked top 10 in the UK. I think that this course is very challenging and it really equips us with the knowledge, personal and professional skills, nurturing and ethical outlook required to be an excellent pharmacist in the future. A lot of my learning will be case-based to ensure that scientific and professional elements and integrated. Our course is distinctive in providing its integrated teaching across therapeutic themes or disease states. We also get to go to placements at the hospital and community pharmacy as well as “insight” visits to acquire variety of interprofessional experiences. Besides, our university has a wide range of clubs and societies. I am actively involved in table tennis club and first aid society. For sports clubs, we have very great facilities in our sports centre and also coaching session every week. Joining any of the sports clubs would not only help you to be healthy, it is also a way to make more new friends who share common interest with you. Lastly, our university gave us the opportunity to develop ourselves by providing the Nottingham Advantage Award. This award gives me the opportunity to stand out, the vision to achieve my goals and recognition for my commitment. This award is free and it’s supported by employers such as Boots enterprise and Experian. I got to enjoy the challenge and show potential employers that I have gained valuable skills through making the most out of university life. NAA consists of 200 modules focus on career skills, mentoring, cultural awareness, entrepreneurship or volunteering. Besides, our university also sponsored me to join a summer school programme at University of Twente, Amsterdam which i get to learn new knowledge about future health technologies and get to understand and share different views from everyone around the world. I think University of Nottingham is really a very diverse and great university and I enjoyed every part of my university life!

UoN is a really good uni with great facilities and well maintained campuses, as well as transport between campuses

The campus is amazing. Very green and one of the biggest in the UK. its so big that we have free hopper buses to take u from one place to another but you can also walk it. The facilities are a mix of old and new but they are constantly working on renovating different buildings. I do electrical engineering and my course is very challenging but its structured in a way to help students build practical skills that are useful outside the classroom. The student union facilitiates spaces for soooooo many societies making it easy to get accustomed to uni life and meet new people. Ive only been to careers services events a few times but they have job fairs and they send out emails regularly about things happening on and off campus.

The campus is so green and pretty with everything being on campus meaning you don’t ever have to leave other than for nights out. The student union is amazing with shops and cafes and restaurants giving lots of options for lunch.

The natural aesthetics of the campus are really pretty and refreshing. Also, I am really enjoying my course and think that they provide a lot of opportunities with easy and clear access to them— for example, I am going to the University of Nottingham Malaysia summer school and the Uni have been really helpful through the process.
