Nottingham campus is beautiful, lots of green space and gardens, as well as some magnificent buildings, and a lake in the adjoining Highfields park. New sports centre, whilst quite expensive, is worth it with all the new facilities. I'm in one of the cheapest of halls, not on campus (Albion house), and it has its problems but I've got a decent sized room and all the facilities are adequate. Could do with a social area other than the courtyard though. Natural sciences here is a brilliant course, although sometimes we seem to be a bit out of the loop as it's a very broad course. Sometimes organisation seems to be lacking, especially with timetabling.

Beautiful campus with lecturers who really engage with and care about the students. Administration is a little unorganized with timetabling, but that can be looked passed. Great school.

Our university is campus based but within 10 minutes drive to the city centre, so you can get the best of both worlds. Excellent transport links onto campus and in between all campuses. The careers service plays a vital role throughout your course, sending you internship, placement and graduate opportunities in order to help advance your career. They also provide mock interviews and tests for grad jobs. My experience of this university has been amazing! The support, the lecturers and facilities are of high quality. The city itself is vibrant and has a lively atmosphere due to it being highly populated with students.

The campus is so gorgeous and well kept with a huge variety of buildings both old and new. The new sports centre is amazing with a huge climbing wall and great classes on offer. My course, Psychology, is not the best organised, we have so little contact time and I feel like this is detrimental to us. We don’t have seminars, only lectures and lab classes.

Overall the uni is good. I pove my course and it is really well run (vet course). The only problem is im based on the sutton bonnington campus which is really far from notts and makes you feel quite excluded. The uni doesnt really do anything to include and while there is a hopper bus this no longer runs to where the majority of the students live! As it really rural this has been an issue for people to get to campus as there are no other public transport alternatives.

University of Nottingham turned out to be a very good choice for me, I am enrolled in MSc business management. The professors and Co students are.very helpful. The student union organizes a few events but I think they should be more in number. My experience so far has been amazing have met people from all over the world, thus which is helping me personally.

The campus is so pretty. I love nottingham itself. Crisis is my favourite place to be. Everything from the people to the tutors is so perfect. Staying to do my masters there. Not ready to leave

Some parts of campus are a bit dated but the new buildings are fantastic. Majority of lectures are recorded which is a great help. Student services are very helpful and will look over your contract and stuff for future accommodation

A really nice place to study. Great facilities. Beautiful campus and good convenience. Many opportunities throughout the year from different fields.

Really good newly built facilities in the main portland building. The physics course has taught me a lot of things i thought i would never know. Only problem is that they haven't sorted out the strikes in time, hence i have lost 7 lectures worth of teaching.

I love the campus as it has a very friendly atmosphere. I do chemistry which is an amazing course, all the lecturers are very approachable and always there to help. The SU is very integrated and all the services such as welfare and careers are all really good at their jobs.

although the campus is big it is beautiful and has everything you need on it, the student union help alot with questions and everything you want to know about the first hand experience from other students and also promotes individuality among students from different backgrounds, sexual orientations etc etc

Very good very happy but lacks socials. This may be due to the location of the campus. Sutton Bonnington needs to be where it is for courses etc but needs a better SU similar to one like at Keele University

Beautiful campus! Easy location to get to via walking or buses and very modern buildings. Lecturers are very nice, some use more modern approaches than others but helpful!

The campuses are amazing (but have way too many hills in my opinion). Eventhough the library is huge, it’s difficult to find seats during the busy hours.

Yeah campus is really pretty, you can go boating on the lake in the summer. My course is interesting but can be very intense. There's lots of societies to join which is great.

Very nice campus and staff are passionate. Organisation (especially on freshers week) did leave something to be desired, but overall the year so far has been smooth.

Very good university. Great night life and the lecturers seem to know what they are on about. Should be more things happening in the students union and more bars on campus.

All the campuses are absolutelly stunning and the buildings are pretty sustainable, which is really important for me. We have many facilities around the campuses and the University is constantly expanding and improving. In terms of the student services provided, due to some restructuring last year, student services are in difficulty with managing the new systems. At the beginning of the year, staff is overwhelmed with inquiries regarding module choice or timetabling issues and standing in a queue can take a few hours. Mostly, I am pretty happy with our services and the new staff that has been employed. They are really nice and helpful, but they tend to be hard to reach as most of the meetings are in high demand. The careers services barely have empty slots nowadays. My course( BSc Management) is pretty boring and full of theory that we will never apply. However, due to our many optional modules we could also do interesting things such as finance or mathematics which are actually essential in the working place. Some modules need to be revised as they are useless and boring and some lecturers need to be better assesed because they do not even teach at all. They either read the slides, make us talk to each other the whole lecture, play videos the whole time or go to fast through really hard to comprehend lectures.

The campus is lovely and the facilities are excellent! As it was not my first choice uni I was nervous when starting but now in my last year I am absolutely in love with the uni and am having the best time and have made some amazing friends. The nightlife is unlike any other uni and there are so many social events!

Great place to go to University, close to the city centre with an incredible campus and wide green spaces that make it a pleasure to live on. An well organised students union which organises many events. A brand new sports centre with incredible facilities.
