Newcastle has a beautiful campus with great facilities. There are plenty of computer clusters and work spaced. The student union has a subway, dominoes and also serves Starbucks which is great.

It is an excellent university that offers a wide range of modules and courses to suit the academic careers of everybody. The campus is tidy and welcoming, the Students Union provides a variety of services and cheap food and drink, and the careers service happily accommodates any query, from the most general to the most specific.

The campus is so pretty and really makes me feel at home. The fact that it’s a city centre campus only 5 minutes from the main high street is so handy. I do biology and psychology and there is a perfect mix of the 2.

Great experience at university and love the opportunities available. Some buildings are very dated and in major need of some modern updates. Need to invest in swimming pool for water based sports.

The campus is exceptional, So are most of the facilities, but there are still some unrefurbished rooms which could be better but I think there getting round to them. Student Union could be better in my opinion but then again night life in the town is so good, and cheap there's very little the Uni could do to the SU to make it more attractive but also financially viable

Newcastle University is unique in the fact that it is a city university yet still fulfills all the requirements of a campus university. Everywhere around is within walking distance - whether that be accommodation, shopping or even food or drink. The beach is only a 20 minute metro ride away, providing endless opportunities for enjoyment in between study times. The university itself is beautiful with state of the art buildings and a great Student’s Union. Newcastle University is great in its approach and inclusivity when it comes to all types of students from all different backgrounds. There are equal opportunities for everyone, whether that be within the course or extra curricular.

This is a really good University. It have good facilities, lecture and practical's rooms with all the equipment, every resource necessary for studing and all in a confortable environment. Lecturers are approachable and personal. The organization makes sure to provide small groups for practicals so more individualized attention can be provided.

Lovely campus all within walking distance. Course (C Engineering) has a lot of hours and is fairly difficult, student union is perfect.

Decent Uni. Good campus, friendly enough, good staff. No complaints. Halls were okay, get students from all over, and its a small campus, matching the small city

Campus is in the centre of Newcastle meaning that you’re on the doorstep of a vibrant and beautiful city. The cutting edge facilities are triumphed by hard working staff who make you their priority, unlike many other universities. Careers are the end goal and since day one we’ve had guidance and help available on how to achieve our desired career paths.

Newcastle university campus is beautiful and has everything you could need as a student. There are plenty of spaces to study as well as to socialise and all in an amazing setting. The teaching is of a high standard and the pastoral care is also excellent. Newcastle is a great city to live in and the university is centrally located to reach everything you need in town. There is a wide range of extra curricular activities available and the students union is well run. I felt my university experience was well organised and I knew who I could speak to if I had any issues.

I think Newcastle as a campus is pretty close to perfect, right in the heart of the city, with beautiful old red brick buildings, and plenty of space to work inside. I especially like the language resource centre, although it seems us language students don't have it all to ourselves nowadays!

The university campus is perfectly located at the top of town, close enough to walk to anywhere in town you might need to go, while still maintaining a campus feel within the grounds. There is a buzzing atmosphere and the architecture is warm and aesthetic. As a final year medical student, I can comment on the excellent and futuristic facilities offered by the medical school as well as the confidential and personal pastoral support. The course has been well structured with a good mix of lectures, seminars and clinical work. I have felt supported throughout my course which did well to ease everybody into university life.

Excellent university to study at with good facilities and opportunities. Great night life, everyone is very friendly and want to make you feel welcome! There's loads of societies to join as well as having lots of events at the student union. The University is also very supportive with a good guidance system to ensure students can get the help they need when things go wrong. Overall a fun university with a wide range of subjects and a lot of good clubs
