The university campus is surprisingly really pretty! The city itself is really clean and tidy and the people are really friendly. The facilities at Newcastle are amazing, with a new sports centre being built, lots of library space and new buildings for lectures. Newcastle has the best of a campus and city based university.

Newcastle uni has a great reputation and is in one of the best cities. The campus is right in the town centre and takes minutes to walk to from student accommodation. The nightlife is great and there’s a club or bar for every person’s tastes. There are a number of libraries a short walk away which provide both loud and quiet areas to study in. Newcastle is just a great city with everything you could need. Many of the buildings are also beautiful. The weather is often awful but the bar and food places inside the students union mean you don’t have to travel far for all student necessities.

Newcastle university has a good union in place as well as a huge variety of activities and societies. The career service is very proactive in getting involved and providing information regarding future employment and opportunities. The facilities on campus are good, having multiple library's available makes studying very easy will a huge number of seats available.

So pleased I chose to come to Newcastle University! The campus is so close to everything and has everything you need. The facilities are good but the best part is the Philip Robinson library. Newcastle is an amazing, friendly city where there is always something to do as well as having a great nightlife.

Great campus in the heart of Newcastle, with friendly and helpful staff, that are easy to contact whenever needed. Plenty of societies and sports to get involved with, as well as a brand new sports centre to train in that’s accessible 7 days a week, all year round.

Newcastle offers a fantastic campus, located in the centre of city, only a stones throw away from town. Brilliant students union providing so many different opportunities and representing the university’s students in the national platform. Excellent brand new buildings, with state of the art teaching equipment and other amenities. Very good sports facilities, although the university gym could do with a slight update.

Newcastle University is an excellent place to study many subjects. I study Medicine and believe Newcastle to be one of the best universities for this in the country; graduates for second to Oxford recently in terms of post-graduate exams.

The campus is great and central. Great course by fantastic lecturers and the careers service are second to none! Only improvement could be making the SU drinks cheaper and bringing back Saturday club nights.

Overall very good. Spend little time on campus as I study in the new £58 million Urban Sciences Building. Facilities in the building are great, always plenty computers. 24 hour library is a plus too.

The campus is really nice always clean the older building are beautiful, my course is on the whole well taught with just a couple of modules over the 3 years that could’ve been communicated better, not really involved in the SU not my thing, careers service is helpful
