Amazing campus with great facilities. The university has a lovely atmosphere. Although I don't actually enjoy my course all the other great aspects about university life has helped me persever with the course.

The campus is really well designed and has loads of resources. Our student union is one of the best in the country making our careers fairs, events and what food and drinks are available on campus fantastic.

The campus is pretty with a good library and sports centre, the student union has a shop which is handy. I have not been to the careers service but I wonder if they should be more involved, I thoroughly enjoyed my course it works well with a range of compulsory history modules in the first year which gives you a way of getting an overview of a large period which then allows you to know how you want to narrow down your focus in second year where you get a choice of all 6 modules which again I think is really good because it give you a lot of choice.

Newcastle University is bloody wonderful. What a great campus!! I ordered pizza from the on-site Domino's regularly, and I have often bought tickets to the theatre (The Northern Stage) too

Friendly students and staff, quality facilities and a range of extracurricular activities to get involved with. Postgrad welcome week was an awesome experience, very welcoming.

The first thing that strikes you about Newcastle University is the beautiful campus! Old red brick buildings covered in beautiful vines and surrounded by trees. The campus is large and spacious with lots of cafes, eateries and coffee shops. No matter where you are in campus you can find an area to sit, work, and eat. My favorite thing about the University is how active the Student Union is. There is always some activity or event happening and so many opportunities to win free prizes or take part in competitions. They are also very helpful in organizing volunteer and other free time activities.

The campus is easily accessible and beautiful, with good facilities and in a good location. There could be more career advice and support

Newcastle has a beautiful campus with great facilities. There are plenty of computer clusters and work spaced. The student union has a subway, dominoes and also serves Starbucks which is great.

The campus is so pretty and really makes me feel at home. The fact that it’s a city centre campus only 5 minutes from the main high street is so handy. I do biology and psychology and there is a perfect mix of the 2.

Great experience at university and love the opportunities available. Some buildings are very dated and in major need of some modern updates. Need to invest in swimming pool for water based sports.

The campus is exceptional, So are most of the facilities, but there are still some unrefurbished rooms which could be better but I think there getting round to them. Student Union could be better in my opinion but then again night life in the town is so good, and cheap there's very little the Uni could do to the SU to make it more attractive but also financially viable

The careers services and other services within the university are much better than expected. Often able to get appointments on the same day of enquiry, with knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Newcastle University is unique in the fact that it is a city university yet still fulfills all the requirements of a campus university. Everywhere around is within walking distance - whether that be accommodation, shopping or even food or drink. The beach is only a 20 minute metro ride away, providing endless opportunities for enjoyment in between study times. The university itself is beautiful with state of the art buildings and a great Student’s Union. Newcastle University is great in its approach and inclusivity when it comes to all types of students from all different backgrounds. There are equal opportunities for everyone, whether that be within the course or extra curricular.

The university of Newcastle has very good facilities that cater to almost everyone’s needs. The organisation in some areas of my course could be improved slightly

Lovely campus all within walking distance. Course (C Engineering) has a lot of hours and is fairly difficult, student union is perfect.

Decent Uni. Good campus, friendly enough, good staff. No complaints. Halls were okay, get students from all over, and its a small campus, matching the small city

Newcastle is great especially the med school as it just feels homely! Also the nightlife is exceptional and the city is just a student run city!

Campus is in the centre of Newcastle meaning that you’re on the doorstep of a vibrant and beautiful city. The cutting edge facilities are triumphed by hard working staff who make you their priority, unlike many other universities. Careers are the end goal and since day one we’ve had guidance and help available on how to achieve our desired career paths.
