The Manchester campus is modern and attractive, the buildings and surrounding areas are kept clean and there is constant renovation going on ( new buildings being built ) There are huge numbers of facilities available for students including numerous subject specific libraries, study areas and cafes, so there is plenty of spaces to study. My course, business, is extremely well catered for with lecturers going above and beyond to ensure we have enough resources in order to succeed

Sociable, great night life, so diverse and so much to do. Met so many great people and the course I do is so well taught, tough, but well taught. Halls of residence are great and the food on curry mile adds to the living experience.

My course is great and lectures super helpful, overall student experience great, loads of things to do in the city just a shame council is shutting down or limiting nightlife around Fallowfield

It's being great so far. A bustling city, a truly international experience, world class research, facilities and staff. Makes you up your game, no matter how high it's been. This is University. Manchester makes it come alive.

The UoM is great in general however i feel it can improve by helping international students who are experienceing a financial crisis.

Great, sociable university with so much to do. With it being such a big place, there are so many people from diverse backgrounds that you can meet and become friends with. Such an interesting place with so much history, football, night life and international foods. There is always an event going on that you might like.

The UoM campus is very nice the university is always trying to make our environment nicer, they have recently build a nice green area for us to enjoy. UoM offers many facilities especially when you want to get away somewhere quiet and do some learning e.g learning common spaces, lots of libraries, cafes and also computer clusters, science labs, studios for drama students, lots of societies, they have a massive sports society. The students union try to make students happy they listen to what we have to say and try their best to implement that. UoM also have mental health well-being classes and they offer counselling services etc. I am a mental health nursing student and I enjoy my course, we do academic work as well as placements all over which is great. I would recommend this University.

I like everything , the teachers are nice , the way they teach is very helpful and easy to understand if you are paying attention and the facilities are great too. My only complain is that in classes you don't have ventilation usually or ot is not turned on and it starts smeling very fast and it gets too hot . Also, there is too much material to study for maths per week ...

The university is incredible. It's diverse, with many students from backgrounds all around the world. Facilities are exceptional especially with the new MECD and Business school campuses opening soon.

Manchester University is a city campus. It's busy, energetic and the student union offers a great place to relax at reasonable prices. My course was fairly organised however, I would have preferred to have my lectures in the building dedicated to my subject rather than gallivant across the campus.

I've done my undergrad, masters and now PhD at the university of Manchester so it's easy to see that I love it. The facilities are world class, particularly the labs that I work in. The careers service are very helpful and one of the best in the country.

Not sure, don't have too much experience. The medical course is well organised but the teaching can be quite hit and miss. The university tries to support us academically and financially very well wherever it can.

I love the campus as it is just a minute walk away from the city and Manchester has everything from London but at a more affordable price and within reach. I'm doing a BSc Actuarial Science and Maths and my department is great in listening to what students want and delivering them.

So nice with all the facilities, especially activities for students, like the freshers week we get lots of chances to meet new people and grab free goods from all the booths:)

Although I originally thought I wanted to attend a campus uni, Manchester has the best mix; the uni buildings are all close enough that you definitely feel the "student bubble", but you're just a short bus ride away from town.

Excellent university. Very good student atmosphere and education buildings as well as library and learning commons. Also good access to public transport

At The University of Manchester, you receive top quality teaching whilst being able to study in one of the most interesting and diverse cities in Britain. The staff are supportive and there is an extremely wide selection of courses to choose from. As a second year History student, I have found the wide scope of subject matter really beneficial and I have been pushed to study things I might never have considered before. Although difficult at times, I feel proud to be part of a uni that encourages students to fulfil their full potential.

Manchester is a good and well respected university, and therefore I have always felt proud to attend it. As a History student, I may only speak for my course, but I have been impressed with the way that Manchester's course is set up and really appreciated the wide range of modules available at all levels of study- something I found other universities failed to live up to. Overall, my experience at Manchester has been a positive one.

Since the first day I arrived to Manchester as an international student I received the necessary orientation to take the most advantage of university facilities to enhance my participation in my degree program. I find my course to be well organised and it provides you with all the tools to practice and develop your learning. The diversity and inclusion that exists in Manchester is what makes it unique and what gives it value.

Great student hub at Manchester, all the students are located in one place which makes a good feel for the community. The university itself has outstanding results, great reputation and valued by many employers. Has great facilities particularly for sport which is great as a keen netball enthusiast.
