nightlife is amazing and has a lot of variation to suit many tastes, the clubs and bars are quite small meaning there’s lots more of them and almost all are free entry

The move in experience was easy and welcoming. I went out every single night of freshers and all the events were very enjoyable! Meeting new people was easy as everyone was very welcome. Tips would be to make as many friends as you can, too have as much fun as you can

Freshers week was amazing. So much to do and not just going out at night. The outdoor cinema was amazing and the fair in the guild was great. So many freebies and discounts. The events they held were really good, especially the welcome to freshers week party.

Freshers week at the University of Liverpool offers a wide range of parties in multiple clubs and a wide range of tickets such as regular and VIP. The VIP allows you to jump ques and receive free welcome drinks in clubs. Freshers is a very good way of making new friends who attend your university and your course, which makes you feel less nervous when starting university, because you already know people and therefore have people to sit with. I highly recommend going to freshers because it will allow you to make amazing friends and memories that, which will both last a life time. There are also daytime activities in freshers such as food stall which are a good way of learning your way around the campus.

The move in was great and ran really smoothly, make sure you know the type of place/where abouts you are in terms of the main going out areas/ where the closest supermarkets are before going. Throw yourself in at the deep end, it's daunting but you'll be comfortable very quickly.
