The University of East Anglia

Had a lovely freshers, very very welcoming and the parties were good. The only bad thing was that the tickets for the events sold or very quickly and if you weren't informed before joining or joint through clearing - like I did then it was very hard to get tickets. Additionally as a fresher if you didn't have tickets to the LCR and your flatmates were going then you had nothing to do but sit in your room. The events I went to were superb including the performance by Example which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Good freshers experience nice range of events but the tickets separately as the wrist band is very overpriced and expensive

My freshers experience was confusing, they need to give out more maps and more timetables of more than just academic events. I had no idea half of the events in the evening were on. Also ticketed events were not worth the price.
