Welcoming vibe, a small campus engaging a better working environment, with smaller class numbers. Helps to fit schedules around you and how you work. Equipped all learning resources online so it is accessible 24/7. Facilities open late enabling you to work when you can or want to. My course is fun engages both pratical and theoretical sides to each modules in photography and advertising. Key artists work on sight to make sure we are being taught nothing but the best

Would be better if the library was bigger with more areas to study and more computor facilities. Also some of the lecture theatres, in particular Molloy could really do with being updated

I am currently doing my first year at Chester uni and it's easy to say I'm loving it. The campus is easy to get to and once on-campus each building isn't another task to find. My course, criminology, is extremely interesting and I'm taught well throughout all my modules. The Chester Student Union is great when you need some time away from the work load and it's also a great way to meet new people that go uni along side you.

Chester is a fantastic University and the facilities are good. The Student's unions bar has recently been updated which now looks great. I really enjoy my course and it offers me different opportunities including spending five weeks in Costa Rica for my Work Based Learning module. The staff in the department of my course are friendly and helpful. There are lots of different sports and societies that are offered by the students union, which provide a brilliant way of meeting new friends and trying out new activities. I really like the university of Chester campus and I feel that there is a strong sense of community. I would highly recommend the University of Chester to anyone who considers going to this University.

The Chester Business School in the University of Chester is always helpful. The lecturers are very good, funny and most important not boring to listen to. As a international student I have had much help with writing my assignments.

The campus has a whole is not well signposted but is well laid out, perfect size for the amount of students though . Could do with there being a better student union bar. The mental health support there was fab and the course I studied in psychology was great, amazing staff.

Amazing university, staff are very helpful and lectures are filled with new things to learn different campuses for different subjects so your lecturers and university will always focus on the separate courses e.g. Kingsway campus purely focuses on art and performing arts

Chester uni is a great university if you like a city, but want some home comforts. The staff are friendly, the induction teams are great, social life is busy, and the univeristy has great degrees and general wellbeing facilities.

I’m studying Cybersecurity and overall the course is good however two of the lecturers don’t really teach the subject, just get us to copy code and then “learn” how it works.

Good facilities, clean location, staff are friendly and helpful, courses range across multiple campus’ which makes it less crowded, all accommodation nearby and has a car park for travelling students. Well taught lectures.

Chester is a good uni to attend, even though it’s not the biggest uni it’s still just as good and I like it here

I’m an international student doing my Masters in Art Psychotherapy. This incredible course has helped me open up to the world around me, get in touch with my inner self, make art of uninhibited and raw expression and meet like minded people who believe in the power of art and healing. I’m so excited to graduate from this course as a registered art therapist where upon I can use my skills to help people with mental health issues. Chester Uni also requires us to go on placements during our second year in order to get a hands on experience of the real deal. It has all being sucha a crazy, roller coaster ride of a journey and I’m still just at the beginning!

Generally a good uni, most buildings and accommodation are on campus so everything is easy to find. Lectures can be boring but most lecturers are really nice and very helpful.

Campus is so close to town and is surrounded by student accommodation so you get the real uni experience, sports facilities are amazing, library is always full as everyone loves it there. The student union is great has enough seating and a little shop. The SU bar is the place to be, the cocktails are unique and cheap too
