A fantastic institution based in an amazing city that promotes individuality and self growth. A wealth of academic resources in a variety of libraries and study spaces across the whole campus. UoB boasts a successful SU with a wide array of societies for everyone to get involved. Not just a university, but an experience!

My university experience so far has been great. The people I've met have been lovely, the teaching quality high and the facilities amazing. The city is wonderful.

So many societies to join! Lots of green space on campus and the buildings have lots of study spaces. It is what you make of it. Brand new refurbished gym which is great!

Bristol is such a friendly uni, and being in a city means there is so much to do! Societies have possibly been the best part of my uni experience, Pole Fitness in particular was amazing for building strength, meeting new people and gaining confidence :)

I’ve studied here for 2 years now, it’s been a fabulous experience so far. As I’m an international student from Asia, initially I thought I couldn’t fit in this new environment, but time proved me wrong. Everyone I met from here is friendly and easygoing, I’ve made a great bunch of friends, either local or international. Bristol is a diverse city, it’s got loads of brilliant restaurants, pubs and nightclubs. The triangle area near Clifton is always a good place for a night out. I love this city and uni so much.

Amazing student city and brilliant campus with plenty of university resources such a land libraries, study areas, cafes etc etc. Not technically a campus uni but still has the collegiate system and the fun social setting of a campus uni. Newly renovated student uni is also brilliant, and careers service is super helpful and always putting on free events to help prepare students for interviews/applications.

In terms of facilities are not willing to give necessary feedback. In terms of facilities, services and networking work gets a bit repetitive and boring. Some tutors are great, getting CV and networking work gets a very interesting around campus is relatively easy. It can be hard finding people to fit in with because it is always hosting around campus is relatively easy. High quality education. Very helpful and understanding support staff especially when it comes to mental health. Great mental health care available.

Best choice for a 'smalltown boy' student. Halls are decent, libraries are simply beautiful, the city is full of kind and loving spirits. But I fancy it for something more than this. DIVERSITY

Amazing campus, wonderful staff and just a very supportive atmosphere overall. I went to Imperial College before here and Bristol is a thousand times better! On top of the university you are surrounded by a lovely city with plenty to do!

Great campus, nice area in Clifton, still feels part of city, lovely buildings. Facilities are very good, libraries etc have everything you need. Course is very good, but very heavily theory based compared to other universities in the first year. SU is a bit far away, and I haven't really done much there.

The campus is in Clifton which is a really nice part of the city, and most of the buildings are close together, but it still feels like part of the city as opposed to a seperate campus. The facilities are really good, the sports facilities at coombe Dingle are a bit further out, but the bus links are alright. The dentistry course is really good, but can't say too much about it as only theory in first year. Student union is a bit far away, haven't done too much there.

I love the city. The student union could do with being more central but other than that is very good for cheap food and drinks and exercise classes. The careers service is very useful and frequently updated. I enjoyed my course (psychology) a lot in first year but have found 2nd year difficult and struggle to get consistent advice on how to improve.

Bristol has a lot to offer. From clubs to independent coffee shops. It's a fun university with a lot of clubs and societies. My course is well taught and runs smoothly and there are good facilities here.

It's absolutely beautiful and the libraries are great to work in. If you want a city university then it's perfect and so close to the countryside that you won't feel claustrophobic. The teachers are great and I really enjoyed being in halls in first year. So beautiful. I have made some really great friends.

A lot of libraries and study places, opening even on weekend or during holidays. Rich sources available for students.

The campus is right in the heart of the city, which makes it incredibly convenient in term of the shops and supermarkets.

I am very happy with my choice. The campus is beautiful, full of greenery and the students and staff are helpful and kind. Some libraries and study spaces are open 24/7 and usually every building has its own library and cafe.

Bristol is a great university if you love city life. With the Clifton campus 2 minute walk from Cabot Circus and harbour side, if you love being amongst the hustle and bustle of an lively and modern city centre, Bristol is for you.
