Karting

This society is brilliant fun to be a part of. Every three weeks there is an arrive and drive session at one of the excellent karting tracks close to Sheffield. With two skill groups, you will definitely be racing against members at a similar level to you. While the arrive and drives are good for some light hearted fun, the grand prix's that take place every couple months is where the real fun is. Your finishing position in these count toward the society annual championship, with a prize at the end! After every karting session, and most Wednesday's regardless of whether there's been a karting event or not, socials are held either at Walkabout or a member's house for everyone to drink, socialise and have a laugh. In conclusion, a great group of members (boys and girls) that love a good race and a good drink afterwards.
