Move in experience is excellent in halls as the landlord gives you a time to meet to collect your keys and is very organised

A lot of club events that were on during freshers week were very over rated. However, I did meet some lovely people during Freshers week so I believe it is a good way to socialise with new people.

It was decent, there was a lot of stuff going on but the majority of it didn’t appeal to me. I am more of a quiet person and they were all loud events.

It was ok I guess... Moving in was easier and more organised than I imagined it would be but the rest of the week was full of boring social events and nights out that were dryer than the Sahara desert.

Had 3 Freshers weeks in Sheffield and they've got better year on year,despite the fact that I wasnt a fresher for all 3.

It was ok. I do not live in halls so I couldn’t comment on the move in experience. I went to a live music night at the SU but it was quite quiet and very expensive.
