The campus locates in an excellent location, middle of the city centre, which is very easy to go. The facilities covers all needed accessories. The best thing is the library openning time, 24/7 during terms time. I feeled so supportive and easy to access to books and academic information. As well as the library staffs, they are ready to help international student like me in using relevant software and academic writing. The university provides many supports for our future including events from companies and employability service. I feeled that the employability team is very supportive and useful interms of improving my CV and cover letter for future career.

I think the campuses and facilities are amazing in Trent, their gym is fully equipped. I think the student union is the best and really looks after students. In addition, the lecturers in social sciences truly want to help you.

I feel very supported on my course, there have been many opportunities for me such as work placement which was well organised and I have found the careers services to be helpful.

The campus both in city and Clifton are very accessible and they are looked after very well! The student union offers a lot of events and there is something for everyone. I've had a great experience here at NTU and I'm getting a lot of support and help to start building my career.

The campus and facilities are lovely. I would say that the student union is a bit expensive though!

The campus is very central and it’s easy to access the uni and the facilities due to there being a 24 hour library. The student union is actually really good especially for a night out on a Saturday furthermore my course is really good and informative

I love it. Friendly staff and teachers who have good methods of teaching, quality education as the syllabus has been structured in a lovely way, well kept buildings and learning items as it is modern. There are good student societies and clubs for students to join which are all inclusive. The library is well stocked and a good study area

Great all round university! Every campus is full of great facilities, all modern and up to date but still nice and warm to make you feel right at home. Lecturers are really helpful and friendly, especially when it comes to deadlines

I transferred to NTU in second year from London, they had great events for me to meet many other people in my situation as we weren't 'freshers' and it's more than likely most people make friends in first year. I study Biomedical Sciences and I love the course. There's an even distribution between coursework and exams which I prefer. We have a department for Employability which has helped with my Masters application, future jobs and this service is still availabale for up to 3 years after I graduate. Overall I am glad I moved to NTU and am so impressed by the uni I have applied for my Masters here also.

A really good overall university however in second year there seems to be a lack of organisation, especially on my BSc product design course where I have no private tutor or even a course leader.

Whilst at Trent I studied architecture at the city campus. This was a great location as the Arkwright building if right in the centre of town about 5 minutes from the Victoria shopping centre and 10 minutes walk from market square. There was always someone in the newton building if you needed help with anything. Being dyslexic I signed up to recieve aids for my learning and a meeting was easily arranged for me. My course could have been more organised - even the teachers knew that could be improved on as they ended moving deadlines around multiple times last minute because of bad organisation. I don't feel that I was given all he necessary information for continuing architecture when graduating as in practice I found out I needed to keep contact with the uni and pay an extra £250 for contact with the uni throughout my practice year so they can sign my pcia. It would have been nice to of been made aware of this extra time and cost at uni considering the existing £25,000+ of debt I already owe. The student union at Trent is really good - SU climax nights every Saturday and LDOT day and night which is really fun. Cheap food and drinks in the day for a nice hungover stop off and selling tickets there for nights like ocean and rock city. They have quids in for pres for Thursday rock city nights facilitating our needs to get drunk for cheap which was great, they also hold events for things like the Super Bowl games.

Facilities and amazing, however my timetable has large gaps which can be inconvenient so it lacks good organisation. The course has been very useful to the industry skills. The students union are very effective and act on things fast.
