I enjoyed my time at De Montfort University, the three years went by really fast and I made some amazing friends! The lecturers were helpful (well most), and the careers team is always helpful! They also have a lot to offer eg the Dmu graduate champions which allows graduates to undertake a 6 week internship which is really useful!

A large, modern campus with a great positive atmosphere which is always full of activity. Starting university, de Montfort were incredibly welcoming and made us feel really comfortable with fun events on every day. One service which has been very useful for me is DMUglobal which is the university’s trips page. DMUglobal provide every student with a bursary regardless of the trip which helped me go on to volunteer in a special needs orphanage in Peru! Without the help of DMUglobal this would not have been possible

In regards to Drama Studies, the course was very varied which helped me get to grips with things I'd never done before. Tutors had different specialities which meant there was always some one that you could go to for help. The studios are brilliant and had a full lighting board. Technicians were always on hand to help you with that side of your performance and were patient and offered their ideas if something wasn't going right. The booking system for rooms could be improved as sometimes it was very difficult to get a rehearsal space. All in all I enjoyed my time at De Montfort University and feel as though I have left prepared and learnt as much as I can

They promote support for funds and dyslexia support. But then it's a struggle to get it in place and sorted. The facilities themselves are lovely big lecture halls there are loads of library space and computers. The union cafe and restaurant area is lovely and a great place to chill in the mornings before lectures and during lunch time. The campus is spread out over a little bit but it's still easy to get to.

Better than I expected. Brilliant campus in the centre of the city. Both older and modern buildings.Helpful lecturers. Student portal is well set up.

Genuinely amazing courses with interested and caring lecturers with great research options and well Organised lectures. Sometimes coursework is late returned with nothing really able To be done. The SU cares too much about sports and drinking and if you don’t fit into Those you’re left out, and it’s reallt badly run too.

I have studied at Demontfort for 1 year now and over that time I have had time to review different aspects of the campus. First of all I really like that everything is fairly close together and you don't have to walk a long way to different classes. The foodcourt is very clean and spacious while providing a range of food for a decent price. DMU also have other services which I feel other universities just can't provide such as amazon lockers to receive your parcels fast at university and even a dunkin donuts and subway on campus!

My experience at DMU has been amazing. I’ve done really well academically thanks to great teaching and dedicated lecturers. There’s always a chance to get involved in something either uni-related or even to do with the community or even the world. I think #DMUglobal trips are one of the best ways of learning about other cultures and people and just learning to engage with the world around us.

My course was one of the best in the country at DMU. I was so pleased with the support of staff and how one small the cohorts were, so I got to know everybody. I love travelling, and going to university kept that life alive through DMU global. One year I travelled to 4 countries, which broadened my CV and opened my mind. My experience at university cannot be paralleled, it was one of a kind. I leave with a good degree and a wealth of unique experiences due to support, dedication and ambition on my part and ok the part of staff and students at DMU.

DMU’s campus is really modern, spacious and it creates friendly atmosphere and makes me that I’m always happy to be back. I really like the leisure center, which is close to my house and has many class to offer. What I also like that DMU has really organized system and they always send emails with many interesting opportunities.

DMU offers a great campus environment, especially vijay Patel. DMU global is a great opportunity for all students to travel aboard and learn.

Speech and Language Therapy is a very intense but rewarding course. The practical elements such as placement really allow you to see progress.

Seems just like any other uni really. I’m in gateway, comp sci, always getting e-mails to attend betterment opportunities. They seem like they actually want to help you

DMU has come along way in the three years I have attended, we have built strong partnerships with the community through volunteering and instilling important values that guide students on their path. It has given me the opportunity to travel to India and teach in the Ashrams- work on myself as a workshop facilitator and be able to explore a new culture.

The facilities of this uni is good. Also the lectures halls and overall experience. Freshers week is also good

The uni life there is mad but when it comes to the lectures I think they are pretty good they help you with work and explain if you finding the lecture difficult by booking meeting with them.

I enjoy my time at de Montfort university in Leicester and being in a routine. I think the campus is nice enough and enjoyable to be within, with lots of facilities. I study fashion buying and marketing, I have a passion for it and do enjoy assignments such as blog posts and comp shop reports.. although, I do feel the teaching isn’t as great as I expected and a lot of the lectures I attend are pointless. I have discussed this with others and they feel exactly the same. Over all I enjoy being at uni although feel a higher degree of teaching should be given!

As a first-year student, I am excited about everything, mostly about multicultural of university and way they teach us because is really friendly and professional. Everyone can feel very welcome and find help in any case that they need it. Moreover, there is a lot of opportunities to trips, study places and careers after degree. One thing I don't like about it is a timetable, which changes every week, so you are not able to plan anything at all, but otherwise is great too!

Very good facilities, however there are not many events to involve everyone, just to reach those in societies. Good teaching.
