Bath Spa University

University is relatively good value for money, quality of lectures is good, seminars are the most useful aspect of university.

The campus is absolutely beautiful, theres never a dull moment to it. There are plenty of facilities, many of which are great, for example the SU. My course is structured very well and the topics are great, however the tutors are very judgemental and will not offer you any help when its needed. There is a lack of communication between the student and the teachers out of seminar time, so much so that I have failed modules due to not having the help I need.

Very good staff that are willing to put in personal time to help you. The seminars are always available on time and they are structured in a clear manner. I am a part time carer and they are amazing at offering support and help to ensure I don't miss out. They do need to start signing off on emails so I know who I am fully talking to.

Lovely uni, lots of pretty countryside walks around the lake, castle etc etc. Could do with more parking, and buses could run to the end of campus, as it is a long walk to the car park.

Great for the university experience, organisation is okay but mostly average university. Pretty campus though

Lovely people, all the lecturerres know what their talking about and are always really supportive in us being to deadlines and helping if necessary. The highlight of my course are the two technical assistants.

The place is nice overall but it depends on what campus you are on became one has busses every 10 minutes and the other is every hour if you are lucky and its never on time.

Campus is beautiful, with many cows, sheep and swans walking around. The university itself is not very organised, the lecturers don’t seem to care about their students and not a lot of help is offered, even when asked for. The help for students who suffer from mental health is poor.

The campus is absolutely stunning! I love everything about Bath Spa University! The facilities are great and resourceful! The student support services are great and really helpful. I love studying here!

The university has been so welcoming. Lecturers are always there for help and feedback with assessments. I have grown as a person because of the environment.

The campus itself is always kept clean and tidy and when you first arrive there it’s a breathtaking place. The lecture halls themselves are terrible as you’re just sat on plastic chairs with no desks which isn’t helpful

Great facilities and environment in a busy and bussling city. The courses offered cover a wide bredth of topics. The parking is limited and permits work on a location basis.

An incredible campus that makes going to uni so much easier than other university campuses I have seen. It’s chilled, fun and the atmosphere is great. There’s always a lot of staff on hand to solve any problems and the module choices are pretty varied. The timetable is bliss and whilst the transport may be a bit questionable, it isn’t a huge roadblock. Loads of facilities, pool, glorious walks and there’s even a petting farm during the year!

The course is really good and the staff. The time table is difficult when your in a few hours everyday would be better if they condensed it down to a few days.

University has been a very rewarding and largely enjoyable experience. I have met some of the most amazing people at Bath Spa University, both fellow students and lecturers alike. I have had the opportunity to delve into areas of Literature and Education that I have never had the opportunity to do before.

Very welcoming and well organised! It’s abit annoying with the location but the busses and transport is good! There has been a lot of support and help with transitioning and assignments.

Fantastic university that supports and provides initiatives for a wide array of backgrounds and needs of the 21st century student.
