The placement of cavendish house is not bad at all. We are situated right in the centre of the city which is really useful as there are people living here that attend city campus and collegiate campus (would prefer it if we were a block of flats rather than living above a pub though). However cavendish house is very out of date: it looks very old inside and there are many broken things. For example, there are 4 sinks per flat, only one of which drains the water properly in flat 1A. Also some of the sinks in the bedrooms bring up a nasty smell making the bedrooms smell bad, some of the windows and doors were also broken in the sense that they wouldn't shut. There are also issues such as leaking sinks and bobbin in the kitchen. The overall cleanliness of the place isn't awful but is lower than expected and the bedrooms are tiny. The bathrooms are very modern and well suited to University students however the showers have mild in them and need cleaning out.
