Lovely rooms with en suite and very friendly communal feel within the grounds. Reception staff are nice

Better than expected for an accommodation, overall good place to live however a bit overpriced as well as laundry not being included

The location is central which means it's good getting around the city and being fairly close to Media City. The social spec is decent as there is Atmosphere that host various student nights

i love the place. there are some things that that don't quite work but other than that it's pure chill

Good overall with good staff however postage hard to collect and maintenance often a bit slow or if involves replacing items then forget it

Very spacious rooms with enough storage for all my stuff. Having an on suite helped too, no waiting in the morning to use the shower. The only problem was the roommates, as everyone does in first year. We had some arguments and the halls were notified to help sort them but did nothing of the sort. So don’t rely on the staff to help out too much but a great flat and really cosy.

Overall, the living space is pretty decent, however the price seems to increase every year but the the quality goes downhill. There are lots of mice around, and almost nothing is being done to sort it by the staff. The internet also cuts out regularly which is frustrating, especially around exam periods, although it is in a good enough location that the library is a 3 minute walk away.

Excellent facilities although the staff could be a little more helpful at times. The actual accommodation is fantastic, clean and well thought out design. Rooms are a lovely size.

The location is fantastic, the facilities are okay that you get included. However, a lot of the time the lifts don’t worry and the washing machines are out of order. God bless you if you live in the Delaney side rather than Lowry as you will be neglected by the staff and feel isolated.

The flat itself was nice, clean and fairly modern. The accommodation area as a whole was kept nice apart from constantly overflowing bins (which were in the middle of the area so we’re not avoidable). The accommodation included a small free gym, games room, cinema room and study area which were all decent. The staff were not the nicest and were seen on multiple occasions throwing peoples packages (although the package collection service ran smoothly). Security, although they were always there, never seemed to speak to those who didn’t live there but were there when they shouldn’t have been but as far as I know there were no issues. The location was perfect as it couldn’t have been any closer to the main campus, with a student shop, gym and the SU. Overall i would definitely live there again and although it was pricey I understand due to the general area and distance to university.

The location of these halls are very convenient, overlooking a beautiful park and being minutes away from campus. All rooms have an en-suite which is handy for those who don’t wish to share a bathroom like myself. A bronze room included a 3/4 size bed, loads of shelf storage and also under bed storage. The kitchens are also very spacious with plenty of storage. Peel Park also has a free gym on site for those who like to keep up with exercise. I was very impressed with my experience however, it can get very noisy sometimes, especially at night. However, that’s what you sign up to when choosing student accommodation.

The location of the halls is brilliant if your lectures are on campus. They’re not bad if you’re at Media City but it involves a 20/30 min bus journey to get there. The halls themselves are brilliant. Every house I looked at for next year, I compared it to this one. En-suit room, spacious kitchen, security and maintenance always on hand. Heating is also fab, windows block out all the noise. Overall love this accommodation. Wish I could stay next year too.

Double beds and en-suites are a huge bonus for the room, and the rooms have lots of storage facilities. However, the furniture and appliances that were provided for the communal areas were either already broken, cheap or missing. Annoying too that we've been charged for a broken ironing board when it was already broken when we moved in. Wifi is quite poor and usually cuts out.

Location great. Vet convinient and the rooms are lovley. The social expirienent seems fine but not as great. Social events and different activities to do within there building.

The halls were stylish, modern and fun to live in. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The rooms were spacious there was tons of storage and the community vibe was very comforting in my first year. The facilities, including the gym and study spaces, were an amazing addition. The only let down was the price.

The halls are fairly well maintained, and having an en-suite in each room really helps with privacy. The kitchen facilities are great but would benefit from some more storage space. The reception team are very helpful but it can be difficult to collect mail, as they are only open for collection for a few hours each day.

Internet can be patchy. But good social events, freebies available. Flats are lovely but maybe need more durable paint work.

Amazing accommodation with excellent services, the reception staff and maintenance are really polite and efficient! Good opening hours for reception and security are really friendly, good for a chat at night time if you’re bored and amazing at their job :) fully reccomend living here for the full university experience, and the rooms are well kept and have plenty of storage space

The accommodation itself is great! Good facilities and the halls were nice. However there were some problems with heating and the water. And they were fussy with deposits. I didn’t receive my full deposit because of my flatmates leaving rubbish. That wasn’t my fault but they didn’t care. The halls itself were good but the management wasn’t.

The best place to live at halls in salford. You socialise with so many peoples, there is always great parties and there is also always freebies in reception :)

Really nice halls, lovely kitchen/living space. Rooms were clean and big considering the amount of rooms per flat. As it was a new halls it was disappointing that the fridge didn’t always close properly and that the freezer wouldn’t go to the right temperature. Overall a good place tho.

Ideal location, centre of the campus where I currently study, but very close to Manchester city centre. Facilities are very modern and well maintained, so many amazing things to do inside the halls (games room, cinema etc). Rooms are well sized and the kitchens are very generous with space. Overall a really nice place to live.

Very convieniently located on the main Peel Park campus and not far of a walk to the Fredrick road campus. Very good quality with lots of shelves in the rooms for personal items, a double bed and an en suite. It's all very modern as it is newly opened a couple of years ago. The kitchen and living space is very large with an island in the kitchen, a large table and sofas and a coffee table in the living space. I live with 7 other people which i thought would be too many but I think it's a good amount. Plenty of cupboard and fridge/ freezer space for everyone. There is also a laundry room which is handy and a cinema room which can be booked out which we have used a couple of times to watch films or tv shows which is very nice. Only downfall is some of the staff, some of them aren't very nice or accommodating and our flat have had some bad experiences with them, especially security who refused to help out someone who was highly intoxicated and even though we didn't know him we had to help him by ourselves. Howevever, there are some staff that are very nice and when we complained about the security they got back to us quickly and told us they would give more training.

The accommodation itself is modern, spacious and comfortable. The 3/4 bed is a real bonus. The living area is massive which is useful if you’re doing pre drinks(the important stuff). Although I do think it’s a bit overpriced to be completely honest. Also reception staff are a bit clueless sometimes. The free gym on site is great. I’ve no major complaints, maintenance sort things out relatively quickly. I’d definitely stay here over John lester and Eddie Coleman, much more convenient for lectures as it’s on campus.
