St. Peter's Court

I have absolutely loved living at St Peters Court. The rooms are nice, decent size, and the kitchens have sofas which is very social and allows you to chill with your flat mates or friends. One of the best things is probably the app where you can control your laundry, send noise complaints, receive notifications about parcels, and send maintenance requests. If there’s a problem in your flat eg something is broken, the maintenance team are ace. They fix it more or less the next day every time and are so helpful. There are quite a few events on throughout the year where they have free food, charities, activities in the common room etc. I have loved living here and wouldn’t have had it any other way. There are free buses to and from uni and Lidl is a 2 minute walk away

All en-suite, kitchens are very big in old block, they provide a free bus service to town and uni park campus, and very close to a selection of shops

Close to uni campus and city cente, modern and nice ensuite. Good flat size with plenty of space and good communal area. Really friendly reception and maintenance team and app is good to keep connected. Lidl is the local supermarket so excellent for students

Convenient location with free free hopper buses to and from the university, as well as the l12 bus stop right outside. Conviently right next to both Aldi and Lidl. Efficient staff with parcels etc and also maintenance. Community vibe from the whole accommodation. The en suite rooms are a good size and spacious. There is a free small gym and also a larger gym right behind it. The study room is also valuable.

Originally, I was worried about this hall as I was told it was very far away and unsociable. However, the latter couldn't be further from the truth, I have found lifelong friends here. The staff are social too, know us by name, and are always willing to help.

Maintenance issues were solved very promptly. The cost was decent for a room with an en suite, and the room size was also quite decent. We had a free bus pass (which also took us to town) and a gym. I had the best experience at SPC and wouldn't change it.
