Norwich offers a great night life for students. There are many amazing places to eat out and pretty much all of them will helpfully offer a student discount. The shopping it good but not amazing.

Norwich is beautiful with both modern and old features. It's a perfect mix of decent sized shopping malls and chain restaurants, as well as smaller, independent businesses. Many options for nights out. Good value for money, even if pricier than other areas. It's a good home.

There are lots of things to do in the city centre, chapterfield and the castle mall. Good food in the food court and lots of nice dining spots around.

The best thing about Norwich? It is vegan food heaven! There are so many different places offering some of the best vegan food you'll ever taste. The city is full of independent coffee shops, restaurants, even plant shops, all offering something unique and of the best quality.

Accessibility is available wherever you want to go. Transportation from universities and the city runs from early in the morning till after weekend too. The city itself burst of multiculturalism and has a lot of food!

Nice little city with good bars and culture. Small but nice and lively. Has all the normal shops that you would expect from a city, plus many independents and a small outdoor market.

Norwich's nightlife is mainly concentrated down the Prince of Wales road, but with other venues elsewhere in the city. There's a variety of clubs to suit all music tastes, from pop to indie to alternative to electronic music. For indie and alternative nights try The Waterfront, for popular music Popworld or many other clubs down Prince of Wales road, and for electronic and disco try Bermuda Bob's. There are many independent shops, cafes and restaurants, with many around the Norwich Lanes area of the city. For amazing coffee try Strangers, Kofra or Little Red Roaster, and for cafe food try No 33, Frank's Bar or North. Amazing restaurants in the area include Benedict's, Farmyard and The Library. There are also two large shopping malls (The Castle Mall and Intu Chapelfield), and the Riverside Retail Park located close to the train station. The city has many pubs and bars, including three Wetherspoons (The Glasshouse, The Queen of Iceini, The Bell Hotel). Places like The Bicycle Shop, Frank's Bar, North and The Playhouse Bar are amazing for a few drinks with friends. The Mischief is a popular student pub due to it's famous Tequila Tuesdays and cheap "triples" and "skittles pints". Other popular pubs include The Lamb Inn, Garden House and The Black Horse. The market in the centre of the city is the largest open air market of its type in Europe, and has a variety of stalls selling everything from books to clothes to small cafes and food outlets. Try Brick for amazing wood-fired pizza!

Norwich is a beautiful city, it's lots to see and do. With two big shopping centres, and plenty of high street names, it's not hard to find what you're after. The art scene in Norwich is particularly impressive with lots of gallaries and exhibitions to see. The city itself is small, feeling more like a big town, which makes it easy to see everything in one weekend.

Norwich is a lovely little city filled with character and quirks. It's good at promoting local businesses, giving it an air of being in a small, close knit community despite being one of the main cities in east anglia. There are always new food places popping up offering a range of amazing cuisines. Night life is also great! So many bars, pubs and clubs you can try and will surely quench your thirst. If you want to go out of Norwich for a little trip, then the broads and beaches are only a short drive away. You've also got good train links to Cambridge and London if you want to explore other cities. Come visit Norwich and see for yourself!

Norwich is a city that is always changing. You'll never be bored as there are new resturants popping up regularly and events happening all over the city. There are many lovely independent coffee shops and clothing stores which is awesome and everything is a walking distance apart. I'd recommend Norwich to anyone who loves london but are looking for somewhere smaller and safer!

Within the city Center there are good fascilities for eating, shopping etc. Very safe atmosphere even late at night. Everything you need is in just a small walk away, with Norwich being in good access from all over Norfolk with the train and Bus station

Nice city with lots to do and plenty of good places to eat. Need more places to have nights out. Plenty of shops of all varieties

There's something to do for everyone. It tries really hard to be inclusive and accepting yet they get it wrong sometimes. The line between appreciating and appropriating is blurred alot. It's a calm and safe-feeling place to live. There are things to do but it feels like you always have to pay to do them.

Norwich is a great place to live. Friendly people, great nightlife - if your looking for a good night, go to Bar & Beyond + The Queen Of Iceni! Great amenities in the city centre, loads of shopping centres; although they lack a proper Victoria's Secret, they make up for it with the amount of food places!

Norwich is a beautiful city. It has so much to offer with the market, shopping and restaurants. It is a great area for students because the housing is cheap, everything is walking distance and the shops in Norwich city are always offering deals for students.
