The location of the halls are very good, as everything is rather a short walk to, and also that getting to the social spaces such as the LCR are very quick. Socially in these halls are brilliant as the social area allows for a lot of people to be in the kitchen space at the same time, so I personally found that the social life of these halls are brilliant. Money value for this room is very good, as your room is always up to date, and the matentiance team are very quick in replying and sorting out any faults you may have.

Near to key facilities e.g laundrette, the square, not too far from lecture buildings and library very industrial kitchen with no proper oven Rooms are too a good standard but very poor quality mattresses

Decent sized rooms with a fully accessible kitchen and very close and convenient to go to lectures from.

The location is really good, less than 5 minutes away from the main campus. Also, very nearby to most of the other student accommodation which is nice. Lack of any real social areas which was annoying however we still had a reasonably large kitchen which we would talk in. Room was small but could fit everything I needed into it and was well presented, couldn't really expect more from student accommodation. WiFi can be a bit temperamental but when it works it was fine. Value for money seemed good, Norwich is much cheaper than a lot of unis which is definitely a bonus.

Overall standard of accommodation was excellent. All utilities and amenities were included, bedrooms were a good size, private and with ensuite bathrooms. Kitchen was the only social space, but was a good size for this, although the kitchen appliances were extremely outdated and at least one appliance was broken at all times. However, the maintenance team were fairly quick to come and fix any issues. Working out at £555 per month, however, is still quite expensive, even with all amenities included.

Nice room, decent kitchen. Sometimes too hot. Kitchen fairly poorly equipped, though large and social-friendly. Rent quite expensive for what you get, though still reasonable hence the 4/5.
