Simon Senlis Hall

The room was amazing and was well laid out. The toilets instead of having curtains in the shower area should have had a capsule with glass door which would keep the water from coming outside the shower area. The kitchen had all the amenities that it should have had.

Lovely new kitchen but bed room is very old and needs upgrading. Quite expensive for what I get but WiFi is good. It’s annoying there’s no living room or social area as the kitchen isn’t big enough for every one cooking and chatting.

The location is good, close to shops and town. The facilities are good besides the WiFi which frequently does not work. I have quite a reasonable sized room with a desk and wardrobe which are both good standard. The social experience is good, with lots of event to get to know people.

Good size room in Simon Senlis halls with a nice en suit. Good heating, hot water and WiFi. New modern kitchens fitted for September 2017.

The halls overall are good my main problem is the internet whic is terrible 24/7. The room is small but has a bathroom which is good. The kitchen is a bit small for 6 people but when there’s only a few of you in there it’s just right.

Brilliant location and top halls for socialising! Amazing first year experience but wouldn’t recommend if you are wanting to get early or quiet weekend nights. Nice ensuite facilities and kitchens are a decent size.

Great halls but heating is a major issue as the windows are not very good at keeping out cold air. The wardrobes are also very small and not realistic for the amount of clothes most students take to uni. There should also be a common room that can openly be used by students without needing to book it out. The wifi is extremely temperamental and cut out completely more than once
