The location is brilliant with the university only a bridge distance away, however the facilities are old and the best are uncomfortable. The laundry machines break daily. The receptionist are lovely and always happy to help.

Rooms are equalised with everything needed and even have own, private bathroom which allows you to have your own space. The kitchen and living area provides a social space for you and your flat mates. The location is spot on as it's less than 5 minutes from university and ten minutes to the centre of Newcastle.

Camden court is just beside the university which is very useful for the 9am starts and the 3-4 hour gaps between lectures as you can pop back to the halls for food etc. I believe the staff are helpful at Camden Court and are quite friendly. The only thing I find quite annoying is the fire alarms constantly go off, not on wednesdays that are the fire alarm test days, but late at night etc it can become pretty annoying. I beleive £125 a week is a bit much for the standard of the flats, the beds are old and uncomfortable and the rooms are quite small in comparison to halls such as Glenamara etc it's really the ensuite and location in which you are paying for. I don't enjoy having to pay minimum of £3 everytime you need to wash your clothes. I believe it should be cheaper than that, considering we all our students and £3 could buy you your dinner for the night

Had the best time spending my first year at uni here, the location is amazing being a stone throw away from university so great for morning lectures and so close to the city centre meaning town is only a 5 min walk away. The rooms were good with having an ensuite for yourself and good living and kitchen facility to socialise with your flatmates. The staff were always friendly and there was always someone on stand if your needed help with anything. the only downside was the single bed, but you can't ask for much more in the price especially for being a fresher. Overall i loved my time in Camden Court and would do it all over again!

Very outdated halls , interior is old and not aesthetically pleasing. The shower floods the bathroom floor and there is no extractor fan which makes maintaining a clean bathroom very difficult and causes damp/mould to form . Would recommend somewhere such as liberty quay for better value for money . Halls are also quite unsociable and there is no social space or common room.

Location is great, so close to the main campus and library. Staff are lovely, chatty and friendly. Free coffee trolley out everyday too. Flat quality is okay for the price but it’s being renovated in the holidays so should be exceptional for next year.

Everything is sort of okay, started living here in September and haven’t had any problems but it’s a nice place

Firstly, the fire alarms are ridiculous, they go off nearly every day because some pleb burnt a crumpet. Secondly, my stove and oven doesn’t work, the kettle was rotting inside and we needed to get a new one. The fridges never work and stink. Someone pissed in the lift. Also some one hotboxed their bathroom and it leaked through the vents, meaning everything stunk for weeks however the desk is canny good. Also it’s slapbang in the centre of Newcastle which is great. However the WiFi is as constant as spurs. But the staff are top quality

The facilities aren't awful but they aren't the greatest because if you're alone there's no television for relaxing and the location is very convenient though. The room is reasonable, it's alright to live in, but in terms of social experience it's not very enjoyable

Great staff and really close. No events. Bad build quality and most parts of room are falling apart. Internet drops out regularly.
