Had an amazing year at cambridge halls, by far the most sociable halls at Manchester metropolitan. A lot of my friends who were in separate halls were trying to swap. 10/10 recommendation. Perfect location as well!

Cambridge halls is the only halls I would choose to live in while in first year at mmu, the location is right next to the business school and library and about a 10 minute walk from the other campus'. The rooms at Cambridge are basic and minimal sharing 2 showers and 2 bathrooms between 10. However the social side makes up for this as Cambridge is the most lively halls.

Location is perfect, close to city centre and all my lectures. Socially I think it's a really good halls to be in, kitchen/living area could be updated. Room is really nice size as well.

Really good location near the city centre. Good social life but also very safe due to 24/7 security. Cleaners ever week so we’ll maintained. Rooms have good storage and enough room to live comfortably

The location of the halls is brilliant it’s a 5 mins walk to oxford road so you have the convinience of all the shops. Which are takeout food such as Babylon and Tesco. The bus stop to the city centre is on the road also so you are able to get to town quick and easy in 10/15 mins depending on traffic. The halls are only a short walk to uni, the art school which was the building i’m in take a 1 min walk. The uni union is also very close by. The halls are fun and have an amazing atmosphere but the onsite 24/7 security make you feel safe also.

Great socially. To much security involvement. Average rooms and showers.
