Luton definitely isn't the best place to live. It is very dirty, especially early in the weekend mornings. It is also filled with bar fights and the housing prices are just not really worth it for what you pay. The mall is meh, honestly. A few cute shops, but is extremely, and I mean extremely crowded most days. You could end up waiting up to ten minutes in a check out line at Tesco's. Insanity. I can't comment on the night life, but I can say that I am not attracted to having drunks come up to me repeatedly when you're enjoying a drink with a friend. It also doesn't feel very safe. The only plus is that there's a huge variety of restaurants in Luton. From fast-food to Chinese.

Average night out in Flame, off the wall or the casino, better night life outside of luton but can always count on a classic luton sesh

the amount of shops has improved massively over the last couple of years and unlike most towns there's a great casino

Luton is an ok place, food wise there is a variety of things to eat and the value for money is decent. There's a big shopping mall and it is very accessible. There are clubs but not every student will find it fun and enjoyable.

Great places to eat. Amazing social life. Honestly great. Town center is close and easy to get to. Includes great shops and two greggs' so that's a plus. Transport is cheap.

The Uni is not that far away from all of the essentials. You can access the whole campus easily and the shopping centre is about 5 minutes walk. There is also a few pubs and clubs around for those who like to go out at the weekend.

Luton has a few good places in the area such as the mall, the galaxy and the g casino. If you want somewhere cheap in the summer the parks such as wardown park are really nice too. However, there are not many other places within walking distance to go to in Luton and it can get a bit boring, especially at night as the nightlife isn’t very good due to many of the clubs shutting down, to go out you need to travel to places such as Milton Keynes, Bedford and Watford.

In terms of availability, you've got pretty much everything. The Luton town centre has a cinema, bowling, a shopping mall, library, many different restaurants and take aways. There's a large selection of different food ranging from American food to Indian food. Many European shops. Nights out are alright too. A range of clubs and bars to go to including Flame, etc. Not too far from the Luton centre is the Orbital centre which is a trampolining place and there's GoKarting and paintballing not too far away either so there's large selection of things to do.

The Luton town is very multi-cultural and diverse. The town has an University making it more hipster like. And is very near to London city. The town also consists of mall and many bars making night life a perfect place to live. Due to airport situated neat the town, the cost of living is little high but lots of job opportunities are available. All kinds of food ranging from Indian, Chinese, Turkish, Thai and many more are available within the vicinity of the town.

Great city - mainly why I chose the University! There really is something for everyone, and it's practically impossible to ever be bored!

The university is located in the centre which means that you have a lot of things to do during your free time. There are a lot of places to eat out and also the shopping centre and there is also a library which is useful.

The city centre has a large number of pubs, bars and restaurants that work throughout the whole week. There's a large mall in the centre of the town that has a wide variety of stores, coffee shops and even a gym and a small nursery for children. The airport is quite close to the centre and if you want to, you can even walk to and from the airport to the centre.

The people here are very mean to the new students who join. The university itself is very overrated as the teaching standards seem lower than anywhere else I have been. The students currently on their second year are rude and wear tracksuits, this is intimidating and a lot of the younger students get scared to go to class.

Good location very close to all shops don’t need to really travel or take a bus anywhere, the mall is a 4 minute walk away and has everything you would need.

Luton is large cosmopolitan town. Very diverse and people from all background live here. The Luton Carnival is must visit. The Luton International Airport and University of Bedfordshire is well connected to the heart of the town center.

The location was average, there was nothing close by in terms of the town centre or food places. You either had to drive in to town or get the bus. There was retail park with cinema mcdonalds etc. Which from the univeristy was a 15 minute walk.

The only good thing about this place is the fact that is close to a low cost flights airport. There is not much to do here and is considered one of the most dangerous towns in the UK . It is very easy to find a weird person in every corner of town . If you want to have fun day or night you need to leave the town since the few things you can do here involve shopping or being in a pub (and not a very good one )

Probably the only good thing about the town is how close it is from the airport also it has take away everywhere There is not much to do here and is considered one of the mos dangerous towns in the UK. You can find weird people in everycorner (and not the good type of weird). If you are looking for some fun you need to go anywhere else

Close to train station which is great. Quite a walk away from the town centre but I don't go there regularly anyway as prices can be expensive. Overall a lively yet peaceful town.

The main campus is right next to the town mall which is full of places to eat and places to shop. In the campus itself there are also various places where you can buy drinks on each floor and a large food cafeteria on the bottom floor.

It's crap, no clubs, expensive and grim, if you have the opportunity between Luton and Hell, always choose Hell.
