What a great city - with its bustling streets, vibrant nightlife and outgoing people, it offers untold opportunity to anybody who moves there. I moved there 4 years ago when I started my degree, and loved the city, so I couldn't say anything other than how highly I rate it and it's culture.

Food in London is amazing! There is every style of cuisine you can think of and it's all incredibly yummy! Night out are more expensive when buying alcoholic drinks but entry fees are just as spenny as any other city. There are so many places to shop! You can find everything in London, including many vintage stores that are just beautiful. You will also never be bored in London, there will always be a cinema showing at least 1 film you want to watch or a golf course or theatrical show!

London is an amazing city. There's so much to see and do in London, it's easy to be to get lost in the different choices. Major sights like the Tower of London and Buckingham Palace are on most visitors' itineraries, but no matter what your interests, you'll probably find something here. Art lovers should make a beeline for the National Gallery and the Tate Modern. If military history's your thing, don't miss the Cabinet War Rooms. Finally, forget everything you've heard about bland, mushy British food, the restaurant scene here is fabulous

London is the sort of city that overwhelms at first, leaving you from time to time with feelings of loneliness before you settle into the city. Once you're over that hurdle, you have the obvious places of interest and then the hidden gems in the city. I'd recommend that you check out and Samuelson smith pub for a fairly cheap drink and a good pub, but do so before 3pm weekdays and weekends go to a park or something. Check out the city on weekdays over the weekend and you'll get a better sense of the place, without too many tourists to compete with. Equally, avoid tourist trap restaurants and go check out somewhere quiet in Chinatown for food with value for Money. Book theatre tickets well in advance or go on the day of to ask for cheap seats - Front row for around £20 each. London can work for you if you know how to play the game

London has an energy unlike that of any other city. Living here gives you a sense of purpose, and that's something we students can occasionally find hard to come by! There's really nothing like being in the middle of everything. Your options for eating out and things to do are of course beyond comparison, although budgeting can be difficult. I personally have found apps like Monzo really helpful in managing my monthly 'fun money' so that I can keep enjoying London whilst keeping within budget.

London with its fantastic night life and multicultural society with the people and places you can visit can change your whole social life meeting people from around the world and experience things you have never thought you could have done else where. Whats not to love. From the fancy canary wharf skyline to the excitment of markets across the city serving food and goods to anyone who wishes. Dont forget the tourist attractions at piccadilly from the famous electric signs to Leicester square with the 4 lions or take a trip to the queens home

Though a very expensive city, London is perfect for those wanting to have a busy, vibrant lifestyle. London is rich in history so there's lots to see and most days you can easily travel from one side of the city to the other. Packed with restaurants that cater to all dietary requirements you will never go hungry! Personally I prefer pubs and bars over clubs, but the best thing is London has them all (and there's now the night tube which makes getting home from a night out much easier!) The two Westfield centres are perfect for a whole day of shopping, Oxford Street is still a popular choice and there are also so many fantastic independent shops and markets dotted all over the city. Is London the best city? That's debatable. However, there's no denying that London is a cosmopolitan, vibrant place that is definitely worth a visit - even if your bank balance might be a bit damaged afterwards!

London is a great place to be if you're into a good place that's well connect, lots of travel connection and want to have a bunch of opportunities. Very well connected, but travel can be expensive. Best thing to do in London is all the different monuments and experiences there, from the aquariums to museums. A good diversity of foods too, you buy foods from a range of areas, cultures, cuisines and countries. Best place to study with so many cafes and libraries to study and drink coffee in. Overall, it's a good place to be and is absolutely easy to travel in.

London is a great place to live in because of the vast range of things to do and the ability to meet so many new people. There is always an event on, especially in popular areas such as South bank. If you prefer quieter places than the parks are beautiful. It is amazing to find so many green spaces in such a busy city.

For meeting new people, and working in london, I honestly believe it is the best places to be. As someone who is interested in the start up world, the buzz around London, and really meeting new people within my specialties, has really helped me alot to feel at home. I do see myself living here for the rest of my life and have slotted perfectly here, and would recommend to try and experience London at its core.

So much to do in London - there's something for everyone. There are loads of places to eat and lots of places to shop including Westfield! A bit of an expensive area but there are ways to find bargains such as going to markets etc

London is a place full of individuals running to their next meeting, seeing her on Thursday and joining his class on Sunday. With a place moving so hectically, how is it possible for things to seem enjoyable? I don't know how London does it but it does. With every type of experience for university students, diversity for all, places for kids, places for adults, places for adults who are kids- there is just an infinity to it all. To think I could walk outside my doorstep and purchase what I need, get fit, eat plentifully and still get back in time to binge Netflix. I couldn't possibly ask for better.

There are many things to do in London. Especially at this time of year, everything is so Christmassy and so festive! The lights across the west end as well as the epic WinterWonderland in Hyde Park. There are many world renowned restaurants all around London, cuisines from different corners of the world. Many high-street shops aswell as designer stores.

London's full of people to meet, things to do and places to explore! If you get bored you're definitely not making the most of it. Its a melting pot of different cultures and it's a fantastic place to live.

London is the city that thrives all day, and mostly all night deout ending on where you are. This time of the year don't forget to drop by the Apple market in Covent Garden, or view the Christmas lights hung up on Oxford Circus. Personally I believe London is a lit up beauty after sunset, and for those looking for a more romantic side of London Primrose Hill has the most satisfying view of London as the sun falls and the city lights up

the nights out in London are good however it could be better. also food in London is good as there is a wide variety to choose from, nevertheless the overall quality and value for money is poor. I would go elsewhere other than London for food, such as the north of England where there is less but its cheap and nice and good portion size and better quality.

even though living here is pretty expensive it is definitely worth it. There are so many things you can do here and so it never gets boring living here. Both the nightlife and the daylife is amazing and everything that happens here always seems better quality than anywhere else. There's so many different cultures here and so the amount of different foods that are available to try is massive and there's so many places that you can go to to get a cheap meal if you're running low on cash. It's also amazing for shopping as every shop you could ever want is here and the underground system makes it easy to get to them all.

Convienet location to all leisure activities and easy access to libraries, museums and galleries- of great use for the course I study. Effortless travel, however can be expensive on top of accommodation expenses.

London is the central hub for Home, EU and International students alike. In such a densely packed multicultural environment there are always events and activities going on to suit any taste. The transport system is next to none and the broad array of shopping complexes make it easy to buy whatever you need.
