The location is ideally situated near Camden which is at heart of London so has good transport links and places to explore for social events and tourism. It is however a bit distant from the university itself but it's nothing more than a 30 minute bus ride in the mornings which can be annoying seeing as the buses are always packed. The facilities are fine for the price and for the people there I had an amazing time. You'll find a group that fits you and people into your hobbies easily as there are quite a lot of people in the halls. All in all a good hall.

Too many people having to share a small kitchen, kitchen supplies were always broken, catering was actually quite nice but there could be healthier options, communal space quite nice and the computer cluster is helpful. Great location, close to uni but also surrounded by night life if you're into that but still far enough for it to not be noisy.

The halls is very old, with quite small rooms that you'd suspect have not been cleaned in the past 60 years. The kitchens and toilets have however been renovated last year and are cleaned every 2 days, so they are in perfect condition (depending on how students treat it as well). The food is quite nice, there are several choices and they make special "food days". Overall the vibe is good and people are quite relaxed, i would not be able to imagine my freshers experience different, it was completely worth it.

Vile, revolting, bleak. This hall made me lose hope in humanity, most notably when somebody had a poo on the kitchen table.

The facilities in the new halls were very new and really really clean, and the staff was extremely helpful. However, the room allocation wasn’t the best as I was allocated to a building for postgraduate students, which made making friends a bit harder. The location was fantastic though, with great transportation connections.

The location was good as it was in Camden with a lot to do for students, easy to get to other areas and close to the main campus. The room seemed old with a broken sink and windows that were hard to open. The common room was too small for such big halls. A lack of outside space.

Perfect location for first year uni students- so many clubs and bars nearby you won’t get bored! Slightly farther out from uni- walk is 30 mins ish or short bus journey which can get busy for 9ams! Rooms are small and catering is good but so many people have to share one small kitchen making cooking and cleaning difficult.

The first night in this place was one of the most unhappy of my entire life. The staff are rude, unwelcoming and ignorant; the other students were loud and disruptive. The whole year there was just horrible. The place is falling apart and the food is particularly dire. Avoid.
