Really enjoy the area was situated within 5 minutes from university, all room are en-suite with shower toilet and sink WiFi’s include and a post box in the office for receiving mail. I really enjoyed my social life in Pavs it was never a struggle to fine a party or to find someone else that was going out although sometimes people didn’t respect the fact other were going out and would play loud music

Pavilions is a very sociable accomodation which has everything you require as a student. The rooms and kitchens are regular size and there are often social events held in the social areas where students can get to know eachother. The location is ideal for many students as it is close to many lecture buildings.

The room is large and comfortable, with a double bed, good sized bathroom and huge kitchen area. It also includes a separate desk and dining table. The look of the refurbished rooms is fantastic, with a neutral grey colour scheme allowing you to add your own touch. It is not noisy here, apart from the windows, the walls are decently soundproof. The post service is quick and reliable and easy to use. The laundry is also easy to use except it is expensive but this is Circuit's fault, not IQ. It's a lovely place to live all in all, my one complaint would be that the ground floor gets cold.

Lived here for three years in three different flats; all the rooms have been a nice size with plenty of storage. The studios are well fitted out with their own kitchen and en-suite. Maintenance fix issues promptly and reception staff are always friendly. Location is great too as only a few minutes walk to uni and not far to shops either.

Over quality wasn’t the best but you can’t expect the nicest quality from student halls. Just a bit disheartening when Cygnet Wharf across the street is £2 a week more expensive but is far, far nicer inside! Wouldn’t stay here for another year but is a good place to stay for your first year. Lots of students surrounding you so very easy to make friends and meet others.

Being a big accomodation, it means the social experience is very good. I have enjoyed socialising in different flats as well as the newly updated common areas. It was amazing for studying and doing coursework too. The rooms are good for the price: a nice 3/4 bed and a very large desk which worked well for my degree. I did have some problems regarding ants in my bathroom but I solved that by buying ant traps. There was enough room for all my stuff, and the wardrobe was a perfect size for the excessive amount of clothes!

modern facilities would be an improvement, but not necessarily needed, very close to the university and easy access to washing and shop facilities. If you like the gym its a minutes walk away and has a great view of the cathedral.

The rooms are nicely sized and well equipped even in the lowest priced rooms, although security could be a little better and maintenance could be a little faster to fix some problems. Overall, still a good place to stay in your first year.

5 minutes away, leather sofas, HD tv and decent flat size. The new common room is amazing and well worth the time to build, the shop is small but very convieniant. Noise is only the main issue but it's student acxomadation right?

Really good place to live for first year. Rooms are good value for money with 3/4 size beds and actual showers not just wet rooms. The common room and cafe area is nice and not many other lincoln accommodations have this feature. Great location as it is close to the uni and morrisons so you can get to lectues and food easily. Also close to the clubs and bars (except moka and circle)

Very social accommodation with amazing maintenance team. Office hours bit unreliable but always good with any post I've had. Decent accommodation for price with small double bed and good ensuit.

Great place to live, if any maintenance needs to be done it’s taken care of very quick and efficiently! Had the best first year living here

The accommodation is good Enough for living, it isn't, It is good in all aspects but there are a few things which I would like to see improve at Pavillions, the first being the maintenence requests , After needing a new fridge and sofa since the start of the year it was 6 months before they got replaced and my toilet seat which I have reported 3 times for not standing up has never been sorted, The TV could do with updating but for first year halls it is good enough and I have liked living here, especially with it's close proximity to the sport centre,

Good standard room, size and facilities. Quite costly compared to a house, although it is to be expected for student accommodation. Very close to campus and the local McDonald’s. However, like any student Accomodation the people you’re put with can ruin the experience. Very friends staff and maintenance people.

Not as good as advertised. Common room was shut due to refurbishment. Security gates shut down and maintenance request aren't fixed within a week of posting

After living in courts in my first year, it was a nice move to be living in Pavilions in my second and third year. Really useful that there's a little shop for all the essential things, not even a 5 minute walk onto campus. The security is great as there's a gate that needs fobs as well as the buildings needing fobs as well

It is right next to the university and town, which is great when you sleep in or walking back from a night out. Cute little common room which held events to help you meet new people and usually had free food and alcohol. Room was a decent size and had an ensuite so was pretty handy.

The location of Pavs is brilliant! It is a 5-minute walk from the main Uni buildings, and 5 minutes from the huge Morrisons! The fact we have a laundrette, a common room and CostCutter is also really handy! My room is a gold (or bronze plus) and it is the most expensive room you can pay for in Pavs. I love the space I have in my room, and the kitchen is very modern! My shower is also built in (no wet room - thank god!) which I love. I haven't really got much to say on the social experience. Pavs do put on a lot of social events throughout the year, but I personally have never been to one (other than the freshers' event, where they give out free drinks, food, etc!) However, the only downfall I can give Pavs is that my flat, in particular, have had a few maintenance issues this year, that I feel have not been taken seriously enough and therefore dealt with quick enough. However, if you speak to the maintance guys directly (i.e. not through the reception), they tend to be really good!

The accommodation is located so close to the Univeristy, it is a 5 minute walk and 10 minute walk to town so it is really convenient. The rooms are massive and the en suite is a really good size compared to many different accommodations (I especially love the big desks they have). It is one of the most social accommodations as lots of first years live there! The common room is nice to chill in even though not many people use it and the laundry room is big so you’re never struggling for a machine! Some of the reception staff could be a bit nicer but overall they are helpful and the facilities are really good. Would recommend this accommodation to first years!

Pavilions is quite close to the university of lincoln, literally a five minute walk away, it’s ideal if you’re up late as you don’t have far to go. The rooms are spacious, really big desk as well so you can have your own tv or what not. The kitchen depending on which flat you get are big or small, has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge s and freezers. The social life at pavs is really good, first week of moving in is really good, always stuff happening . Always flat parties happening or pres.
