Lincoln Courts

Lincoln Courts offers the very basics for a decent first year at university. It's literally just a 5 minute walk to lectures and 10 minutes uni the centre. The room size is small but the kitchen is decent for 6 people. The wet room for each student is probably Lincoln Courts' biggest downfall and mine would flood the whole wet room for 30 minutes after each use. Other than that though, lincoln courts is decent but probably not fully worth the money they ask for.

En suite rooms are very spacious and have great bathroom facilities. The kitchen is also very good and has sufficient areas to both prepare and relax and eat in. Extremely close to lecture halls. Only issue is the wifi can be a bit slow.

The accommodation is very close to the uni and you can access both sides of the train line from the accommodation. The staff were very helpful when things went wrong.

Lincoln courts is very close to the university, with access to both sides of the Brayford Pool. All facilities worked very well and maintenance staff were especially helpful when things went wrong.
