Leeds is an amazing student city which always has something going on every day of the week. Not only does it have a great metropolitan area but also great green areas as well to play football or chill with friends.

The shopping destination is really good. Victoria quarter, trinity, town, merion centre and white rose is perfect. There's thousands of shops ranging from boutiques to high street stores right in the heart of the city centre. There's so much to eat ranging from American diners to cute restaurants looking over Leeds. The nightclubs are also within walking distance in the heart of Leeds. The value of money is really good because you can get anything in your price range. Leeds has a range of anything you want. It's a prrttt vibrant city.

Leeds is the perfect student city. It's not too big like London which can be a bit overwhelming for student who just moved away from home but it's not too small that you get bored of the place in a week. In Leeds there's always something to do, there are so many clubs, restaurants and bars plus shopping centres, cinemas, museums, theatre... If's easy to have fun in Leeds basically. Also, it's a great places for students as there are a lot of universities in Leeds you can choose from.

Leeds is a great city, especially for students! There is something going on every night! As it's in the North alcohol prices aren't too bad, with lots of places doing student nights for cheaper drinks! Santiagos bar is fab, whiskey Wednesdays are a must there! Leeds is amazing for shopping and I feel the city is just the right size to not be too overwhelmed, but at the same time never board! Belgrave is a great bar / event space to check out! Also Bundobust for food is one of my faves! Overall, its a fab city to live!

Moving from London to leeds was a huge difference but in a good way. Although London has so much to do all the time, Leeds is so cozy and friendly and cheap (comparatively). I've saved so much on transport as everything is within walkable distance. And since the city has a majority of student population, it's party night every night.

Shopping is amazing, with Victoria gate, the market and trinity shopping centre. There's some great restaurants as well in the centre. Walkabout is where pretty much everyone goes for a clubbing, Wetherspoons also opens as a club at night which is amazing! Viaduct is a good night out too, if you like drag queens. Prism and mission are good as well. There's jungle rumble, which is indoor crazy golf which is really fun!

Have a good variety of night outs , but stay clear of pryzm they reassure the cup after night outs. There is a nightbus available (n1) which makes going out cheaper if you live in headingley , it runs every 30 mins. Being a bigger city it has a variety of nightclubs, my favourite is the key club (alternative rock) , but there are nightclubs for people who have different taste in music.

Good city but most restaurants on weekends close at 10\11pm so you can't go out for night cravings all groceries stores close at 9

Leeds has everything. Like the capital of the North it has amazing transport links, a massive array of clubs, bars, shops and places to eat and constantly has something exciting on to visit or do. Millennium Square has a constant rotation of exciting things to visit throughout the year such as the German markets in December, the Ice rink in January or outdoor concerts in the Summer. With Leeds having over 4 unis, the city is very student-based, with a range of student nights that are great value for money.

I love Leeds is a vibrant city and there's always something to do, it's not that big so you can get around easily. Clubs like beaverworks and wire are brilliant and it's such a food place for students. I love all the restaurants in Burley park and Headingley they're great and the city centre also has so much to offer

Leeds has everything. A variety of shopping opportunities from more affordable to luxury shops, from independent shops to big department stores. A great variety of restaurants from many cuisines around the world. It is a walking distance city. The University of Leeds is in the city. What I really love in Leeds is the vibes. Many street musicians and performers that can brighten your day (and night). The canals and the parks are a great way to spend a day-off. Also, a great variety of events ranging from music concerts and festivals to parades and light night events take place in Leeds.

Leeds is excellent! The night life has something for everyone whether its bars, (try Call Lane for a fun time, or Greek Street were it's a bit more posh) or clubs they have something to suit everyone, from drum n bass, pop and cheesy music, emo and indie. Most places are on a student friendly budget too! There is plenty of different options for food too, definitely check out the Trinity Kitchen in the Trinity Centre! Bringing us onto shopping, whilst the Trinity Centre itself is stunning, the shops are quite limited for choice. Personally I'm quite satisfied and with Manchester being less than an hour away on the train I'm not too mad about it!

Leeds is a bustling city full of fun days out, trips, good food, shopping centres and places to feel happy. The large city contains many shopping centres which have 1000's of shops to explore with friendly staff on hand to make sure you have a great experience. There are loads of restaurants throughout the city from fancy diners and fast food places to cheap, good quality food that's affordable and well located. If you want a drink, there's plenty of bars and pubs in the city to suffice, or if you want to relax and watch a movie, you could head to the cinema in the light centre and watch all the latest movies on the big screen. Leeds is a family friendly area, fit for everyone with stuff to do for the whole family, as well as individual activities and stuff to do with friends. The train and bus station are in the heart of Leeds so the city is easily accessible to everyone, as well as most locations being clearly mapped out across the city. For disabled residents and visitors, for most locations, there is disabled access to be inclusive to all. Leeds is a hub of life and things to do so I would highly recommend it.

There's so much to do in leeds and for those sweet north England prices. There's events on at the university and in the city constantly, including Leeds festival in the summer. There's loads of good night's out, from the bigger clubs to smaller bars playing indie music. Ls6 is a really good night in headingly. The transport is great, buses run regularly, theres koads of ubers and taxis about and you can get a train to London in two and a half hours.
