location is in the middle of England so that it’s very convenient for traveling. Food is good, variety of dishes from different parts of the world. Combine historical and modern vibes together. Yorkshire countryside is awesome.

Leeds, it’s a pretty brilliant place to spend your time. It’s got everything you need busy city vibe shops for days tons of food places. The night life is incredible so many clubs to go off to and the people are hilariously friendly many DJs are from the university itself so the music is what 18-22 year olds would listen to so your in for a treat if it’s baseline, techno and if not get absolutely smashed and then you’ll like it. Trinity is a huge shopping centre with tons of places to go in to but there’s also mini shopping centres placed around it for food or smaller shops if the larger ones are busy it’s not just all about trinity. There are loads of hidden food gems around obviously you’d have your big brand Nando’s who wouldn’t love but there’s little takeaways or pubs festered around that have secretly amazing food, there’s so much to do in Leeds from ice skating to the cinema to even drinking whilst playing ping pong you can’t go wrong with it so I love it anyone else would.

The campus is very close to the city centre so everything you need is within close reach. The city centre itself is relatively small but contains all the shops you need including high end retail. Nightlife and entertainment is really good. Transport is mainly buses and they are pretty bad at running to schedule.

Brilliant location with easy access to many major cities throughout the North and South. Only takes an hour to Sheffield and Manchester, and 2.5 hours to London. Also surrounded by lots of countryside

Leeds is a great city for students, there is a great DIY music and art scene so there are always new and exciting events on. The city is big enough to have space for loads of evened but is also small enough that there is a nice sense of community. Leeds is cheap, making it ideal for students and a great place to stay all year around as the city is still alive even when students leave for holidays. It is also really easy to escape the city and there are beautiful walks even just 10/15 minute train journeys away from the city centre.

Leeds is a fantastic city to be a student in! I loved it from the first day I visited. It's big enough to always have things going on but small enough to learn your way around easily and have everything within walking distance. Great nightlife for a cheap night out and loads of amazing cocktail bars that do live music, such as jazz nights and acoustic evenings. Fairly cheap to live on a budget and theres always free stuff going on to get involved with. There's a great variety of food places and it's a great place to be vegan or veggie, especially when there's a street food festiv on. Overall I love living in Leeds and it's where I want to stay after I graduate..

Leeds is such a great place to study due to the amount of students because of the many universities in Leeds City Centre. There is a fabulous vibe in the city that you won’t get bored of. All the shops are super close together which means my much walking about if you want to do some shopping. A huge bonus in Leeds is Deliveroo and Uber eats, not to mention getting around Leeds in Uber’s is just perfect! You can easily order a Nando’s when hungover after a fabulous night out. After going to university, this is definitely a city that I would love to live in and I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Leeds is a great place to go for uni! The nightlife is maddddd, lots to see and do and a great place to introduce yourself to new crowds and make new long life friends! There’s lots of restaurants and shopping opportunities in the town center so there’s never a dull or boring moment! You won’t ever be bored if Leeds is the choice for you!

The location of Uni of Leeds, in my opinion, is brilliant. It is a 10 minute walk from the city centre and it is easily reachable by bus. There are at least 4 bus lines that pass right next to the uni so it's really convenient. There are some good small and cosy cafés around campus, there's a Tesco which is open until 00:00 and a lot of takeawayas that work 24/7 (good for night outs).

There is a massive shopping scene and lots to do. You can also get away by exploring the outskirts of Leeds for a quieter experience. Nightlife is really good and not too pricey if you pre drink beforehand!

Moving to Leeds from London was so easy, it was like moving to a smaller more compact London. The nightlife has something for everyone and is so diverse. The city centre is great and has all the shopping and food options you could possibly want.

As a location Leeds is blessed with both a wealth of things to do in the city itself and fantastic public transport connections which also enable further explanation of the North on a wider scale.

Living in Leeds is amazing. In first year none of the halls of residence are too far away from the uni campus which is also just a short walk from the city Center so you’re never too far from where you want to go. Most students choose to live in hyde park in their second and third years which again is really close to uni and the city Center but still it’s own area which is populated mainly by students. Public transport isn’t really as much of a necessity in Leeds as in other big cities, but should you need to catch a bus it’s only £1!

Leeds is a fantastic student city with awesome nightlife, lots of shops and things to do! Great student feel and value for money. Headlingley, the student bubble, has amazing pubs and bars (perfect for the Otley Run.) Huge variety of nightlife from hip-hop to indie and house. Call Lane is a great spot too for some smarter bars. Beware though it gets bloody freezing in the winter but that doesn't stop everyone going out without a coat to avoid the cloakroom charges...

Leeds is a vibrant city. There are always loads of things to do including food festivals, the light festival and all the events in millennium square. The nightlife is great. There is something for everyone with places like pryzm and tiger tiger to canal mills. The shopping in leeds is great, with all the shops you could need. There are also the great shopping arcades from the Victorian era which I beautiful to look at.

Whether your big into going out clubbing or live music or a bit of both theres venues and places that cover ever different type of music and vibe Its a small city but it has everything you need. Being compact is ideal for a student you can walk from one end of the city centre to the other in half an hour

Great university and a great location near the city centre. Almost Everything is walkable so don't need to pay for much transport wise. People are all so friendly and lots of student events are available to go to through the university or other friends.
