Smaller area than the big cities in Scotland, so less to do but still enough! It’s nicer to have peace and quite sometimes for there not to be queues for everything and millions of people walking the streets but still enough people that’s its lively and fun!

I'm very fortunate in that I can complete my course from the comfort of my own home. I am not fussed on living the "Uni life", so it works out grand for me.

Started eating out in Frankie and Bennies which was located close to the city centre and then moved onto club Tropicana for drinks. Prices were very reasonable and the music was good. We stayed in a premier inn which was also good value for money. Would definitely recommend although it is more quiet than other cities for students.

Great Central location, calm friendly campus, helpful staff, but no nightlife at all. Good public transport links and accessible opening hours.
