For the price it is good. Only problem is the WiFi, really hard to connect and when it does work you have to keep reconnecting and can't even use 4g data as there is barely any signal.

If you can afford better than Telford court do it, the halls are old out of date and rather dull for a student accommodation. The social areas are lacking unless you want to sit in the loud common room to catch up with friends. The appliances are always breaking and the way they house people is abysmal you rarely have any interest in befriending flat mates which makes first year particularly difficult.

Overall the accommodation is fine depending on your flatmates really (for cleanliness) but as it’s the oldest and cheapest problems usually get sorted out last on campus.

Good for price, coupe things gone wrong including a leak in the ceiling, as I’m next to bathroom the pipes rattle whenever someone uses the taps or showers. However good sized rooms and kitchen. One big problem is the WiFi/signal, very very hard to get WiFi in my room, and often can’t even get 3G signal

No social areas in flats really although the common rooms are available which are usually used for parties during term time. Kitchens are okay but lots of things need updating

Although the rooms in Telford Court are rather nice, the price is far too high for what you get. And considering this is the cheapest option to live on campus I think that is pretty rubbish. You get a good sized bed, a sink in your room and only have to share with 5 other people which is an advantage, but the price is far too high. The wifi is also terrible.

Overall the toilets, kitchen and room were not acceptable for the price that i was charged. Although it’s one of the cheapest halls, I still expect the halls to be in better conditions as to what they are.

For one I love the room, it's big and spacious and there's enough space to bring all you need to uni with you. As well as having a sink we have a double bed and a huge desk, also a ton of storage space which is awesome. Social aspects are great, close to forum/elehouse and a basketball court and the oval which has the gym. Location is decent too, as you don't have to walk far from the lift/stair area to get to your apartment, which is a plus if you're lazy.

Facilities are just enough for the members in the flat. Never had an issue with a lacking of this. Services are quite responsive. Location is great for getting to and from lectures.

Perfect location on college lane campus, gym, library and classes all nearby. I’m in a disability flat so there’s more toilets, showers and more s kitchen space in the others so they’re all positives. No real social area, just the table in the kitchen. Rooms, good size but ground floor very dark, no natural light. Good bed!

I would not recommend staying here. No one talks to each other so you end up being on your own most of the time

Rooms aren’t terrible but are definitely not worth what you pay, kitchen is small and not particularly social and shared showers are not powerful and have a lot of heating problems. Despite that the rooms are double beds and have a good amount of storage, and compared to the other accommodation on the campus Telford is more affordable than other accommodation which is also too expensive for what you get.

Room size is decent facilities pretty good overall an all rounder place to live. People give it a lot of stick as its the cheapest however for the price youbpay and what you got its alright hiwever the wifi is pretty bad most of the time if you're not connected to the ethanet cable.

During my year at Telford I had an unfortunate experience. The reason being, my flatmates were unsociable and made livening in my flat horrid. They would not keep both toilets and the kitchen clean, which was a struggle as I would, majority of the time have to clean it.

Facilities are not great but it’s close knit and functional, so pretty good, met the best people, kitchen is clean and has pretty much all you need and there’s two showers and two toilets and usually six people living in one flat.

Great halls. Nice and clean enough fridge and freezer space. Good powerful showers. Nice sized bed and lots of storage. The WiFi is very poor though however the university continues to try and fix that. Would recommend.
