Spalding Court

Everything’s really lit. Nice kitchen, nice couches and tv, nice bedrooms, it’s all nice. Even my toilet is rly good looking, I have bird shower curtains and it has a glass door too, wooow.

During my stay at this accommodation, I have found it to be of very high standards. It is located closest to the main road, allowing easy access to CoOperative and other local shops but the downfall of this is that it is also the furthest from the shuttle bus stops. The rooms are bright and airy with good sized bathrooms. The kitchens/living spaces have sofas and a television which encourages the social aspect of your flat.

Good location, on campus, very modern and decent size rooms. However very expensive and only available for 52 week contracts despite finishing university in May.

The location is okay, it's right next to where taxis drop people off so it was fun. The rooms are a good size with a nice double bed with phone charging sockets right next to the bed for convience. The kitchen area is big but I don't think there is enoigh cupboard space. The kitchen had a tv and sofa in which was nice as it helped us to socialise. The only downsize is that it's very pricey

The halls offered here are extremely stylish and modern. En suite with shared kitchen facilities. However, rent prices are extortionate. I would recommend if you want to live in halls here, be prepared to spend a whole load of money. The rent prices does not match the accommodation offered.

Brand new accomodation. Very spacious living area with sofas and tv (licence is included in rent) and large bedrooms and ensuites depending on the type of accomodation you select. I reccomend the premium rooms as they're the nicest/biggest and cost the cheapest per year.

The overall standard of the accommodation is good and the majority of flats are quite social but my flat is a bit dire.

Nice new build rooms, with a nice en suite. Electricity works well and the internet speeds are decent. Its a nice campus and worth it.

New build. Beautiful too. Flats ranging from 6 to 12 occupants depending on the type of accomadation you chose. Only one bad comment to say - the electricity keeps dropping out so we can't use the plugs. We can still use the oven however and the lights stay on.
