Safe At any time. The facilities were brand new and the staff is available when needed even at night. Although the WiFi was not always working.

Room was lovely, as was the kitchen/living area. Only issue was actually sharing with other people who wouldnt clean up their mess in communal areas. Also the wifi was poor but everyone says that!

Exceptional living space, fit with new facilities and easy to get to utility rooms. Herts also places you with other student that have similar interests as you making your uni experience less of worry than it would be without these features

Very modern and with a big kitchen. The room is the perfect size with a nice view of college lane campus. Only complaint would be the WiFi connection. However I do suggest to pair up with people you know as sometimes you may not get along with the person next door I was lucky to have had my friend that lived next to me

Had a really good year living there, it was convenient for lectures and meet new people. Flat mates were cool and the security on campus were decent.

I live in the townhouses, with 12 people in total and one bathroom shared between 2 people. I quite like the structure and the spacing of rooms. I would prefer bigger windows but thats just my preference. Well located in terms of distance from university and the town/mall.

Super clean and tidy, have a studio and it’s super spacious! The neighbours/flatmates are friendly and I can easily talk to them. Such a peaceful block and can do what I please and not disturb anyone. When cooking the fire alarm isn’t easily triggered and the induction hobs are easy and safe to use

It's way too expensive for what we get. We have endless issues with things in the flat such as the oven breaking and the cold water being scoldingly hot. Living with 11 others isn't ideal either for communication purposes, you're bound to have conflict. It generally does what you need it to and the rooms are big

Clean, modern rooms with well equipped kitchens, issues generally attended to well and security and maintenance helpful and usually relatively quick to respond to calls

The apartments are modern and well insulated. There is satisfactiory bathroom facilities and has load of areas in which to socialise

Clean and well maintained accomodation. Huge kitchen with TV, sofas and Table to chill. You are provided with a kettle, 2 large fridges, 2 toasters and a microwave. Everyone has one shelf in the fridge and a freezer drawer. Social experience is good always a house party or several, with a communal room for the whole of Maclean court to socialise in, has a pool table and TV in too. Along with a quite room as well. Close to the other courts too which are literally a 2 minute walk. Laundry room is local and reasonably priced, and only a 5 minute walk from the library and central campus. Car Parking spaces are available which is a huge bonus. Asda is a 10 minute walk, as is Aldi, the town centre and the galleria. The room I had had a spacious onsuite, living space. Comes with a desk and single bed, plenty of under bed storage space and large wardrobe.
