Chancellors Hall

Some of the flats in chancellors have been done up unfortunately mine was not :( the walls are really thin and you can hear everything which can grow old! Eduroam is terrible however that’s more of a campus wide thing, it’s not specific to chancellors Hall. The rooms are fairly big however I drew the short straw and got a pretty small room. Right on to the good thing! The bathrooms are good because the shower is an actual shower and it’s not like a little wet room, The kitchen/living room space is huge and chancellors is probably in one of the best locations as it’s right beside the academic buidings so it can save a wee walk in the morning! All in all chancellors is a good Hall to stay in!

Great Halls located at the heart of the university campus. Fully en-suite and everything works so far without any issues. Each flat has a social area that's plenty big enough for our flat of 5. Cleaners come in to clean the common areas once a week. The location is ideal as everything on campus is within 5 minutes walk and there is no need for a taxi into town for a night out as there are plenty of clubs and bars within 10-15 minutes walk. Only major complaint is only having one fridge-freezer shared among 5 flatmates which can lead to it being a bit of a struggle and the rather steep £137/week accommodation fees.

Fairly basic facilities, but it provided everything that was required and has left me with friends for life.

The location of the halls are perfect, literally right beside my lectures so makes going to 9ams a lot easier! It is really great meeting new people however i wish it was more tidy! The facilities are good and fixed promptly if there are issues

I loved these halls so much, well matched flatmates and good standard of furniture. The colour scheme wasn't too homely in the lounge, but the rooms were practical and had good shelf storage.

I really loved these halls. I was well matched with my flatmates, and although the common area wasn't the homeliest colour scheme the rooms were nice and practical, with lots of storage space and large shelves.

Found that I was really well matched with my flat mates, flat was nice inside and we were somewhat able to make the room our own. The cleaners came in on a Monday every week and did an amazing job. Thoroughly enjoyed living in halls last year.
