Fantastic atmosphere and amazing food. A great place to hang with friends after a long day or night. Open late is also a great thing for all those who like a midnight snack.

A wonderful venue right in town with a really friendly feel to it. They definitely do the best pitchers in town and the pizzas are to die for! Overall a great atmosphere and very welcoming to students.

Amazing pizza (and the Sunday roast, don't overlook that on the menu!) and the flavoured cider list is pretty extensive too!! Awesome chilled vibe with a buzz later on in the eve - make sure to get seats early to avoid disappointment...

Firehouse is perhaps the best thing about Exeter: selling a large range of quality pizzas, drinks, with live music at the weekend and open till two. It’s the ultimate hang out for students and locals alike.

It is a very cosy venue, a great place for a date or just to hang out with friends. The pizzas are very tasty and huge - great value for money. The homemade ciders are a must as well.

Amazing atmosphere, very cosy. The staff are incredible and they serve delicious flavoured cider! The Old Firehouse is a fantastic venue for students, and they regularly hold quizzes or live acoustic events. A must see if visiting. Exeter!

Great atmosphere, great selection of ales, the pizzas are insanely good and fantastic value for money for the amount of pizza you actually get. I always recommend this place to friends and family visiting Exeter.

The Old Firehouse is tucked away nicely just round the corner from John Lewis. From the outside the Old Firehouse is always buzzing with a vibrant atmosphere and is usually packed with students. The inside has a quaint charm to it, with wooden beams lining the walls and fairy lights decorating the walls. The fact that it is always jam-packed gives the Old Firehouse its uniquely lively atmosphere but also means that tables fill up first so don't arrive too late if you want to grab one (ie. Before 8pm), otherwise you could be waiting a while. Also, the pizza is a must, being too big for the average Joe but definitely manageable between 2: Would highly recommend the Greek. On most nights there is some form of entertainment on the bottom floor, ranging from the university's Acapella group to sea shanty singing folk bands, with the crowd always being quite receptive. Prices are great as well with average £10 pizza to share between 2 and would recommend their £5 pitchers which you can fill with a syrup of your choice.

best place for pizza after a night out, cheap drinks and food, great atmosphere, only downside can never get a table!

The atmosphere, food, and staff at Old Firehouse are all wonderful. It’s renowned for its pizzas, but it does a mean roast on a Sunday and caters for vegetarians and vegans. Although you have to arrive early to guarantee a table, that stands as testament to the popularity of Firehouse.

Amazing selection of delicious ciders and really cosy atmosphere. Cracking pizzas too. Very friendly to students, often has live music and good value. The mulled cider in winter is lush
