These halls of residence are in the perfect location for any university student. They are a five minute walk from the union and university campus, a five minute walk from the tesco extra, 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the high street, everything is on your door step. The flats themselves are made up of 6 bedrooms and 1 communal area. The bedrooms include a desk, a single bed and an en-suite. The price for the room per month is around £680 which is a bit on the expensive side, however all bills are included in this cost.

seabraes halls have been a great place to spend my first year at Dundee University. I have made many friends while living and been able to get a feel for independent living without extra worries about electricity, heating or wifi bills. Overall, seabraes has been very good and I have enjoyed staying there greatly. It is in prime location as it is only a 5 minute walk to both the university and tesco. I couldn’t be happier with this accommodation
