Location is great, fairly close to the dental hospital where my course takes place. Clean, spacey, good room overall, own toilet and shower, share the kitchen and living room. It's a very social area, which means some nights there may be flat parties going on which is great if you're attending one but not so great if you're trying to sleep while there's many going on.

Great facilities, always warm. Fast WiFi, staff always at hand. One or two security issues throughout year but despite that an amazing overall experience. Made great friends.

Very nice halls, spacious rooms, good location for getting to the uni buildings and into town. The only downside is the noise at night because it's so close to the union.

Belmont flats was the best craic rooms are basic but nice. Nice central location near local amenities and the 24 hour bakery what more does a student need?

Room was larger than expected with good amount of desk space and storage space. Six people in a flat was a good number and the kitchen size was sufficient. Only down side was that it was a little on the expensive side.

Living in Belmont flats during my first year at the University of Dundee had both positive and negative sides. The location was perfect. Bang on in the centre of the university, just across from my lecture theatre and in walking distance to the city centre. I liked how the grouped all the nursing together which made it easier when it came to placement and noise levels.

The location of these flats are perfect for rolling out of bed and rolling into class as you’re right on campus and it’s almost impossible to be late. You’re a 7 minute walk from the city centre so if you like to spend your coin on clothes then it will be perfect for you! The gym is literally 30 seconds away, as is the Student Union and Library. The Union is perfect if you want to grab a bite to eat and study/relax in a less ‘study’ kind of zone (also great for nights out there as it’s the biggest in Scotland!) My personal social experience was a bit lacklustre, my block wasn’t very sociable and no one spoke to eachother but I still remain friends with some of my flatmates. However I do know most of the other blocks, everyone made good friends with the flats around about them, you’ve just got to put yourself out there.

Rooms are all ensuite and spacious. Great desk space and comfy beds. Great storage space, full length mirror. Overall, rooms are perfect and have everything you need. By far the nicest rooms I’ve seen in halls. The flat is also perfect and allows for great socialising with flatmates and other flats. Sanctuary students are great, putting on themed events and giving little cards and gifts for easter etc which is really nice. The accommodation complex is a great environment as everything is on campus and a couple steps away. Right next to the Union where almost everyone goes for nights out. Premier shop by the Union is also stocked with everything you need at reasonable prices

Halls are very close to campus and every building is within a 5 minute walk which is absolutely ideal. Price of halls is hugely expensive given private flats are less than half price. walls are very thin meaning it’s dofficult to sleep.

The maintenance management is not very gppd, many issues go on that don’t get resolved properly or at all. A security breach occuered that was not handled well at all and lead the residents to find out that most of the security cameras are fake; unlike what sanctuary students have written on their webpage.

Amazing flats, so perfect. Great size, fun sized living rooms where you can socialise. And so close to the union and the gym. Could maybe make the beds better- that's the only criticism I have. Awesome location! Wifi is the fastest ive ever had.

Rooms are Ok, a lot of noise all the time though. You can hear the creche, gym and union at all hours! It's very bad. Easy to get everywhere though.
