Location - prime location opposite sainsburys and located a road behind where all the takeaways are. 5 minute walk from the main university campus. Easily accessible 24 hours a day for residents with parking spots available on site too. Security and reception always very helpful and prompt with anything that needs to be fixed/ altered. Rooms themselves are spacious, I would definitely recommend getting a premium en suite rather than a single. However on a whole the design of rooms and kitchen facilities could be slightly more modern and upto date.

Stayed here first year of my course, nice rooms with en-suite. Not the most sociable of the accommodations but in a good location for access to the university. The social areas here are small and quite limited. Good level of security and good facilities in the flat.

The location is perfect as it’s 2 mins walk from campus! The facilities hardly worked e.g. the TV in the common room. Socialising with people in other blocks was hard because of the security and the rooms need updating but you get used to it lol

Worst halls experience ever, good location however sharing a kitchen with my flat mates was the worst they were so dirty. And the staff were very invasive and got involved in personal matters

The rooms are a decent size and the en suites are good. Kitchen/lounge area is too small aswell as the cupboard sizes. Great location as it’s close to the uni and certain clubs. Strict security makes you feel safe but can be too much at times. Very sociable halls.

The location is close to the centre with a local Sainsbury’s close by. The social experience was good but all done by yourself, no events done by the halls

Fab location, only a 10min walk to uni, close to shops and takeaways. Really secure, lots of security, staff are lovely and will help you if they’re able to. Rooms are a really good size, communal areas are also big and enough room for six people to live comfortably around each other. Also very close to Kasbah and Empire. Defo recommend!

Overall a great place to stay in your first year, it is one of the more expensive accommodations in Coventry. The rooms are a reasonable size but the kitchen was on the smaller size.

This is a very nice accommodation, that I stayed in during my first year (2016/17). There are large bedrooms with a single bed, large desk, two shelves, full length mirror, and large wardrobe/cupboard. Also bedrooms have an ensuite with shower cubilce, toilet, sink and mirror. The kitchen was very nice with the cooking area plenty big for multiple people to cook at once. In the kitchen there is a separate carpeted area with sofa, tv, and table and chairs for 6 people. The staff are very friendly and more than happy to help with anything. There are post boxes you can collect letters from in the reception, and the staff take in your larger parcels, letting you know it’s arrived by email. There are limited parking spaces for students (maybe about 25), that are charged extra. The accommodation is very secure, and there are security guards overnight when the reception staff aren’t there. It’s less than 5 minutes walk from the library, and a little more to the Hub. A word of advice though, is to scruitinise the room you get when you move in, and write down (in detail) everything, no matter how small, that may be slightly damaged, or scuffed etc, and take photos yourself, so that you don’t get charged extra when you leave. Even if you don’t end up living here, do this wherever you go so that you don’t get screwed over :)
