Godiva Place is located in the most ideal location - near to town and also near to the university. The facilities provided are amazing and the entire place is kept super clean all the time. The social area is a good place to socialise and to spend time with people and is always busy. The rooms are a good size and since they are new everything is in perfect condition; there is also a good amount of storage space. The rooms at this accommodation are much more homely than others and you can make it your own. The kitchen areas are spacious and allow for many people to be in there at one time. The way in which they are designed is ideal with the social area of the kitchen (sofa wand tv) being slightly separate from the actual kitchen.

Location to the uni is perfect with many supermarkets close by. It also is near a handful of other student accommodation building so therefore you're close to other students!
