The flats and clean and open. The rooms are quite big and layed out well. The social expirence is good within the flats. The location is brilliant its is surprisingly quiet even though it is perfectly located just by campus and clubs. However, the rent is very expensive for what your getting, even on the cheapest option it is still too expensive to be fully covered by your student loan.

Location is good, one of the closest accommodations to the university, and very short distance to the library (around a two minute walk). Facilities are provided but are not the best: the provided laundry facilities are quite expensive. Activities provided, including table tennis and a pool table, these were good at the start if the year but then equipment went missing so you could no longer play. The room was as expected from the description and images online.

The location of my accommodation isn't that bad as I am very close to the university blocks making it easy to get to class. However it is 20 min walk to the town centre which can get tiring. The facilities are nothing special but it's enough to get you through the year so it should be fine.

The location is amazing, couple of minutes to the library. Facilitites are adequate Rooms are tidy, clean and good when moving in,. However would've liked something more for the price

This university halls is in a perfect location, just ten minutes from uni and two seconds from Sainsbury's. It is neighbors with a popular club in Coventry (Empire) and a kebab and pizza shop open virtually 24hours (great for the drunken walks home). It has great bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens, perfect for privacy and for socialising with your flatmates. You can hear quite a lot from your neighbors at times but that sort of comes expected with uni halls. It is however, quite a quiet halls. Its hard to meet people in the courtyard so you just have to meet people in the buildings. I'd say you are paying a lot for what you get aswell and reception aren't particularly helpful. But there are organised social gatherings sometimes (e.g. free pizza night) in the comments room which is fun.

The location is excellent, as is the WiFi and the room itself. However, there wasn't much to prevent me from hearing the rest of the students at 5am.

They fix maintenance problems quickly, it's a secure place to live and reception is super nice. It's really close to Coventry university - it only takes me 5 minutes to get to my building (engineering block). Also close to the city centre. Reception does free tea/coffee/hot chocolate, good for when you're in a rush. Flatmates are mostly friendly but they arent many opportunities to socialise with people in other flats in your block unless you make them for yourself. I have an ensuite and a 3/4 size bed, love how they put a corkboard above the bed - I put up pictures of people from school. Really nice setup.

Callice Court is in a perfect location as it a 5 minute walk from the university, and a 10 minute walk from the city centre. It's also next door to the popular nightclub Empire, luckily you can't hear the music from Empire in halls so you can still have a peaceful sleep. A few things I don't like about Callice Court are the laundry is so expensive, and the social aspect isn't great the people outside of my flat aren't as friendly and it's not an open environemnt.

The location is very convenient as it is very close to the uni campus. It also isn’t too far from the city centre. There are lots of different blocks and therefore it is easy to meet people around you. The social area is very small and sometimes the tv doesn’t work.

Good vibes and parties, can get a bit loud when trying to have a white night in but security can sort that out for you if call it in. Pool table and table tennis is a good extra and the free coffe can save the day when in a hurry

Excellent facilities, social life was very fun. Conventry nightlife is okay but better in Leamington. Had a lot of fun in first year. Relatively clean. Flat mates a little loud. Studied hard and enjoyed myself! I also found out recently there’s a laundrette on site which is so convenient.

Located a good distance away from the university but also next to 2 nightclubs which makes it noisy on weekends. Located opposite a sainsburys store so is convenient, also has lots of other shops in the same road. Rooms are average, seems highly priced for what you get but they were as described on the website.
