Room was great! Big and plenty of room! Unite were not very accommodating of problems that occurred during my stay

Facilities and location were very good, never really had a problem other than the heater staying on for just a few mins and I had to keep switching it on. The price compared to many private lets is high.

The location of Callice Court was ideal for a first year student as it was close to uni and relatively close to all of the clubs empire being the closest ! Other than the location the facilities were pretty mediocre in regards to value for money as the door was always broken and also the social areas were always taken up by people playing pool who didn’t belong in halls ! Would recommend if your a fresher but other than that don’t waste your money!

Good accommodation overall, location is really good, 30 second walk to the club, about 3 minutes from the library. Shops are all local, it is just a far distance from the train station and the coach station.

Close to the library and university however not the best location as the street is rough. Rooms were a bit small but nicely furnished and a decent en-suite. Typically very noisy during the night with loud music and security weren't good at dealing with noise complaints. Can also hear noise from the club next door. Always smells of weed. Got charged £40 for a missing ceiling tile in the hall that maintenance removed after we had a leak coming through our ceiling; when I appealed the charge I was told I was unsuccessful and couldn't get my money back. Social areas always stank of BO. Washing machines overpriced and didn't do a very good job of cleaning clothes.
