Loved halls being able to socialise with everyone having a big kitchen but could have somewhere more chilled to socialise with other flat and have a sofa in each flat

Great space, single beds with en-suite shower rooms.on campus and a shared kitchen between 10 students. No disability access to upper floors.

Really good location as it's just across from campus, corner shop and doctors. 15 min walk into town and easy bus routes to Cheltenham and Gloucester city. Met some amazing people living in Oxstalls.

My overall experience of Oxstalls halls was not great. The bedrooms were very outdated, small and dirty on arrival. The mattresses were awful, you could feel every spring in your back. The kitchen was very old and there was nowhere near enough storage space in the fridges/freezers/cupboards for 6 people let alone 9 who lived in the flat. Oxstall halls is convenient if you study on oxstalls campus as you can go home and get food between lectures rather than waiting around. There is 24 hour security with very friendly security guards and the residential advisers are always there to help with any issue. The social side of living with 8 other girls was overall positive. It was also very easy to socialise with other flats as they were always walking past your flat door and popping in to say hello. Oxstalls halls is a 20 minute walk into town or a 5 minute bus journey where gloucestershire students get a major discount. Overall, oxstalls campus was a good experience the only thing lacking was a better social space in the kitchen, like a sofa

Oxstalls halls is situated on oxstalls campus which makes travelling to lectures easier as it only takes 3 minutes. Halls this year was overall a good experience. The residential advisors were helpful and students were pleasant. Would reccomend oxstalls halls to any student.

The halls at Oxstalls Campus have been great, it gives the students a chance to get to know new faces. There are loads of facilities on campus and there are shops within walking distance, there are regular buses that stop at the campus so commuting is easy and the train station is fairly close so going home is quite easy. The staff and students on campus are really welcoming and will help you with any problems you may have. The internet in halls is very reliable and quite fast so you can use laptops or games consoles without experiencing any problems.

The location of the halls is perfect, its located Inbetween Gloucester and Cheltenham so easy to get to both locations. It’s sat on the campus for all of my lectures and seminars so it’s just outside my door pretty much. Facilities are really good and are only getting better and better by the day as our campus is growing and more sports facilities are being built which is really good. And the social experience is amazing, freshers just starts the university experience on a high note and then being in a sports club (football myself) there is a social event after every game.

The halls location is relatively close to the town centre of Gloucester with 20- 25min walk to town but extremely close to lectures, very beneficial for those first years to wake up 15 mins before lectures starts. Oxstalls is also close to sports facilities such as the gym so it is nicely located within the campus. The social experience was good, hall mates all got along very nicely and rarely any food stolen which was a plus, downside was the fire alarms in the early hours of the morning but i guess its part of the fun. The room are all ensuite with bathroom and toilet included, cosy with a big desk space and a normal size closet to put clothes in. Halls were very peaceful, meaning don't always have to go to the library for quiet. Also the campus has its own laundrette which you have to pay but very easy for students to use but there aren't a lot of them, so sometimes have to wait quite a bit. Overall i enjoyed my stay in Oxstalls. Very fun and definitely worth it :)

Lovely uni, and atmosphere, cleaners are extremely loud however, totally inconsiderate of the students staying over at the holidays, and stole a whole bag of our kitchen utensils

Location is great as it's on campus and still close to town and train station. Facilities are good and my room has plenty of space and storage room
