Got a good range of almost everything. Good restaurants, good value for money, Don't have to travel too far to get to places. Great nightlife. Got a couple of museums. Good transport for the most part. Want more of a art scene, more exhibitions etc

Fantastic nights out, various different places to eat food including big chains like Tgi Fridays and Frankie and Bennys. A really good shopping centre with over 100 shops right the centre of cardiff with loads of activities such as mini golf where students get 20% discount and a deal for after 5pm on week days. Bowling and laser tag in the cinema plaza with great deals on certain days in the week also.

I chose to come to Cardiff because I wanted to experience busy city life without being in a big area that required public transport to get around to places. Cardiff is a beautiful city that ticks those boxes - the fast-paced city life and small enough to walk everywhere you need to go! There's plenty to do, with lots of non-commercial coffee shops and cocktail bars and places to eat. It's always fun when the rugby's on too! Cardiff is also one of the cheapest places to live, which means you can spend more on the fun stuff!

The location of Cardiff Uni is very nice, which is near to the city centre and other amenities you need. You can get high quality of food, shopping, or pub in a relatively low price.

Many supermarkets around. Good value for money at supermarkets. Good night out can be had in main town. Most student flats are close to University. Good shopping available in town. Only drawback is how dirty the streets can get from rubbish.
